In this episode I talk about the history on how Veterans Day came to be along with a few statistics of the veterans of past and present.

I also discuss the advantages of working as a RN at the VA. I always become emotional when I talk about my job and this is no different. I love my job, I love working with the Vets! There is a plaque on the wall in our department that states:

"We are proud to serve those who served us"

Dr Grace and I decided to record a follow up Telemedicine call so I can share my healing journey with you all!

She took me through a meditation and breathing exercise where I became emotional and gave me some meditation assignments using J.S. Epperson! Amazing!

She also suggested I purchase a book by Dr. Sue Morter, The Energy Codes which I am in the process of listening to and will more than likely purchase the book.

So please listen into this episode you will take a way some good nuggets for sure!
