On this episode I will be sharing my story on the struggles with body shame,  poor self esteem and zero self worth which started in kindergarten and continued until up to just a few years ago at the age of 50.  I had a couple incidences in HS where my weight held me back achieving my goals. 

I share college battles with alcohol, dropping out and my role of the DUFF (designated ugly fat friend) showed up multiple times.

After being comfortably married for over 10 years I was topping the scale at 265#. I’ve doing the usual yo-yo dieting for years and gained more weight back each time. I finally found a gym and lost 100#.  

I will share my addiction to exercise and gym time and how it hindered my marriage and put a havoc on my body and more importantly my hormones. 

Though a lot of self work as of this year I can finally say I love myself. I have transformed my mind, body and spirit.
