The holidays can be a stressful time the weeks after the holidays can also be stressful. Sometimes we don't know why this is, sometimes we. Maybe we are exhausted. Maybe we looked at our credit card statement. Sometimes we are unconscious to why we still feel out of sorts. In this meditation and healing session we're going to examine some of the reasons (certainly not all of the reasons) we might feel out of sorts. I'll give you my take on some things. And I'll offer you some options on how we could do things differently for future holiday seasons.
