Here is the 3rd and final session from this awesome retreat. I talk about how I used the tools to get out of relapse and how I continue to use them everyday.

I had a great conversation with Tim and Neil about their experience coming into OA. Our conversation went to many interesting places and I think you'll appreciate our wandering minds! 

I had a wonderful conversation with my friend Tim. We talked about the usual things, including being a man in OA and his evolving relationships with other men. 

I asked Meagan, Tom and Stephanie to describe their process of completing the fourth step. 

I give an introduction and then ask Stacy how she went about completing her fourth step.

I ask Alan (30 years in OA) and Tom (5 years in OA) about coming into the rooms as the minority male and what that experience was, and still is, like for them. We had a great conversation and they agreed to come back again! 

Stacy, Meagan and I talk about our anxiety/PTSD. We try to focus on what it was like growing up with anxiety; what it was like coming into recovery with anxiety; and the tools we use today to stay grounded and out of an anxious mode.
