31. Do a tenth step inventory every day for thirty days (have to start over if you miss a day).

1. Why you are writing the letter (trying to live a spiritual life/in recovery/reviewing the events of my past)

29.  Commitment to living amends: from your inventory, with the help of your sponsor, make a list of your living amends and the safe action steps you intend to make.
