Welcome Loves,
In this episode we are joined by Body Trauma Release Specialist Ursula Faye who walks us through how we respond to trauma from terror at the thought of intimacy with another person, the triggers for a traumatic response, to releasing the memories of trauma held deeply in our whole being.
Ursula also shares with us her personal journey of overcoming and re-wiring her mind and body, how she came to be a healer and the intricacies of how our health and vitality is all linked to un-healed trauma.
This episode may trigger memories or powerful emotions as Ursula and I talk about both our journey's intimately with you so please make sure you care for your wellbeing and if you need to, pause the episode and resume it again later or listen to it in a safe place.

Hello Blissful Ones,
This episode is a biggie - as we lean into an uncomfortable but necessary space of facilitating an open and honest conversation. I am leaning leaning into this space to host a conversation on Sexual Abuse - a rampant epidemic running rife in Australia with 1 in 3 women experiencing it at some point in her life.
If you need to share your story, I am here. You can write to me at [email protected] or on facebook www.facebook.com/meditationninja and I will listen to you without judgement or trying to make it better- just listen.
I ask that if you can to spread the word and share this podcast with as many people as possible - leave ratings an reviews so we can together reach more people and begin to lift the shame and taboo and #stopthesilence sexual abuse so heavily relies on. Let's make our world a safe space for survivors to come forward, for our daughters, our mothers, our friends - to feel safe and comfortable!
