Recovery Ramble - Empathetic Leadership

The Milestone Pursuit podcast started in the lockdown of spring 2020 as a way of supporting people with their running when we could only run alone. It began with Mindfulness in Running (featured in <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2020/may/09/fit-in-my-40s-silently-arguing-mindful-running-coach" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">The Guardian</a>) and now provides 3 things; Workouts, where I (Steve) record a training session for you to download and run along with me as if I'm there with you Recovery Rambles, where I run easy around the beautiful Epping Forest and talk about something on my mind Conversations with the Elites as part of our scheme to invest in underfunded British Elite Marathon runners.
