The first Recovery Ramble of 2021, is appropriately all about goal (or milestone) setting.
This ramble basically talks about how setting the goals is far from the end of the exercise. It is actually a 5 stage,continuous process.
This follows previous episodes (nos 12, 15, 25, 44, 59 and 64) which included rambles about my journey in running, what The Milestone Pursuit is trying to do, the importance of values driven purpose, imposter syndrome, short termism and social media.
