This easy run and natter builds on the previous editions of Recovery Ramblings (episodes 12, 15, 25) where I've been talking about my journey in running (and a bit in life), what The Milestone Pursuit is trying to do and the importance of values driven purpose. This time, as we enter a new period of Covid-life, the back-to-school phase, I talk about one issue that slows us down as we take on new challenges -imposter syndrome, the sense that we are not worthy of our place in the new arena. I talk about some theory and my own experiences in dealing with it. As we all enter new arenas in this strange world we live in, imposter syndrome, which affects 70% of us at some stage in our lives anyway, is likely to be highly present....
Hope you get something from it.
Steve
