Red Star over Oklahoma

This week we talk about the rising tide of fascism, the 14th Amendment, the midterms, and Mario Mullin. We rap it up with a reading from the Tulsa Beacon.

Traffic made Parker get home too late for Steven to be on this week, but Adam and Carl stayed up for this super late edition of Red Star at Night.

We talk about impending climate doom (luckily it probably means we don't have to save any money), why everyone acting like voting will save them is wrong if you just look at Joe Manchin, some actually good news out of Tulsa about the Race Massacre, and Parker's super secret special edition.

For our conservative reading series, we take Wayne Greene to task for ignoring the obvious solution to a serious problem facing Oklahoma education. You can probably guess what that solution is.

And we explain why we don't think it's our place to talk about the big, big problem facing certain people who may or may not become Supreme Court justices (hint: maybe it's our place to listen about those problems).

For the 46th state, we talk about the first gubernatorial debate and some new information that's come out about the first rules regarding medical marijuana.

We close out the show with a call to revolutionary struggle written by The Oklahoman Editorial Board, those paragons of socialist thought.
