It is with a heavy heart that this is the last episode of Red, White & Foods. I will be consolidating my podcasts into one adventure! Red, White & Foods is not gone though! I will be doing special RW&F Episodes on the Butcher Del Rae Project and all past episodes will still be available. Thank you for your understanding and I hope you join back in 2 weeks when we relaunch. I promise... everything is changing for the better!
Alrighty gang! I am on the road this week, but don't you fret. I have accumulated some great cooking/meat/enjoying things to bring to the table!
We talk meat loaf!
2lbs Ground Beef (85/15)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 dice onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper
2 Cloves... black garlic (hell's yeah)
5 Eggs
3 slices ham
3 slices cheese (white)
Cream Cheese
Chives.
This Is gonna be fun!
This week we get back into the kitchen and I use chicken breast. I know I bad mouth anything until it's on sale. Judge all you want! But after this week. I'm reminded why chicken breast can be a real star of a show!

Gotta love a good pun! Hey gang this week marks the end of my challenge! Yay! I'll shut up about it. But that is small potato's compared to what we are talking about with Anthony & Staci Lo Cascio. We discuss, a little this and a little that, but always Delicious. Enjoy!
