Purpose is something I think we all search for wether we know it or not.
The hard part about it is that we sometimes have to go through things to get there.
The definition of purpose is:
the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.
There are so many ways to get to the “Reason”
I believe our way to the reason is simply the things that we have experienced in life.
Our love, Our family, Our relationships, Our Careers, Our Trauma, Our Goals, ETC.
Our accountability Partner Jenna Powell gives us a look into her life and gives us a beautiful story about finding purpose.
Jenna Powell an Atlanta native that designed a platform to be able to be an outlet and share her story as well as helping other women to push out what it is God is calling them to do within the earth while living life and living an abundant and whole one. By sharing tools and advice on different social issues that are a driving force within the culture of feminism. Jenna also has a platform At the Table. It is a social group in Atlanta for women to come together to connect, network, and cultivate friendships while getting an inspirational vitamin to nourish and pierce the soul.

55 min - 14. Redefining Rest with our host and accountability partner Jayh! Rest is not a bad thing! Learn a few tips on how to be intentional about getting rest.
Sometimes you have to take rest so that you can reset.
Resting isn’t a bad thing. Some reasons why it could look that way:
- Is because the world is telling you you have to hustle.
- Or you are just used to being busy.
- Or you don’t have the time because you have so much to do.
- You need to make money
Reasons why rest is important.
- Your body needs rest to function
- It helps your immune system
- Gives your mind a break
- It allows you to hear God
Designate times that allow you to get rest. A day where you do nothing or a time frame where you do nothing.
Be intentional and change the narrative. Realize it is an investment!
REST SIS!!
