Brave and vulnerable are what I needed to be to record this podcast episode! After talking to so many friends and hearing from so many of you regarding this delicate subject, I decided it was time to tackle the topic of sex head-on. You’re going to hear me be open and honest; I felt I needed to share a few pieces of my life I considered flaws but, actually, I now understand are totally normal. I know so many women (and men) are going to resonate with this episode as Sexologist Dr. Celeste Holbrook and I discuss sex drive, sexual shame, painful intercourse, purity culture and more.
