Today in episode 84 of Redirected, we sit down with our next guest on this 30 under 30 series, Nikhil Goel.
Today, Nikhil and I chat about the future of Uber. It was such an honor to talk with him about his plans and the impact he's made at Uber. He started at Uber on the emerging markets team, before cofounding the company's Elevate division. He worked with NASA and Uber executives to establish the vision for Uber Air — a global network of all-electric, urban air taxis. Suffice to say, Nikhil has a lot to say about career pivots and I'm excited to share this conversation with you.

Today in episode 82 of Redirected, we sit down with our next guest on this 30 under 30 series, Taylor Stern. Taylor walks us through a recent change in her career; and needless to say, we're excited for her.
Taylor was a content strategist and social media coordinator at the Dallas Cowboys for 6 years until she decided she wanted to live a life that inspired her. Taylor wanted to write her own story, and she's started to do just that. She recently left the Cowboys organization, where she was apart of winning an Emmy and helped to build a following on social media platforms of over 20 million, to dive into the world of entrepreneurship. She recently launched a podcast called 'Thrivin in the Wild' where you’ll hear weekly stories from people who have stepped into their wild and learned to trust their own compass. Tune in to hear her reflect with me about how this redirection has shaped her journey in a whole new way.

Rebecca was a grade school teacher after graduating and realized she wanted to focus her studies and work in the child mental health space. Shortly after, she moved over to the Child Mind Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to children's mental health. Since being there, Rebecca has been responsible for 427% growth in direct beneficiaries of learning disorder and mental health intervention and training, running programs touching more than 200 school and community partners across four cities. Today I chat with one of the CEO's of Lumen, the world's first hand-held, portable device that reads your metabolism, Dror Ceder. When I first started using Lumen, I knew immediately that I wanted to speak with the founders of the device. The innovative nature behind it blew my mind. Dror was kind enough to chat with me about his past and how he came to find Lumen. Dror served in the Israeli military, and talks about how that ultimately strengthened his character and increased his self confidence. He studied business and entrepreneurship and started a company that, at first, nobody was interested in. As he learned more about the rampant health problems in society, he became very passionate about general wellbeing and somewhere down the road, Lumen became known to us all. I'm a big fan of Dror, and am excited to give you guys this conversation. Without further ado, Dror Ceder.

Today I have a really great conversation with my new friend, Johnny Weir. Johnny is a multi-talented individual with his hands in just about every industry you could think of. Many of you may recognize him as an Olympic skater; he competed in 2 Olympics and took home a Bronze medal for the US in 2008. Others might know him from his writing, singing, broadcasting, acting, or fashion career. Think Johnny has enough going on? Think again. Today he chats with me about what he’s involved in now and how he built the platform he has. Tune in for a really fun one, Johnny Weir.
