On this edition of Redleg Roundtable, Seth Shaner is joined by former Cincinnati Reds pitcher Kent Mercker.
Mercker is an Ohio native and resident and had multiple stints with the Reds. He threw a complete game no-hitter as a member of the Atlanta Braves and was also part of a combined no-hitter with the Braves.
He was a member of the 1995 World Series champion Braves and had many head-to-head meetings with Barry Larkin before joining him as a member of the Reds.
Find out what his journey through baseball was like and what sport he's competing in now to find that competitive release he lost when retiring from the big leagues.
