The Cincinnati Reds defeated the Houston Astros 13-9 on Saturday night in an explosive offensive performance. The Cincinnati Reds fell to the Houston Astros 3-0 on Friday night in a quiet offensive showing. The Reds managed just three hits over the course of the game and were unable to capitalize on their limited opportunities, going 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position. Houston’s pitching staff kept Cincinnati in check all night, effectively shutting down any threat of a rally.
