Lauren specializes in EFT/Tapping and discovered this practice to overcome her own anxieties, although it's hard to imagine her ever stressed with her Zen like demeanor. Tapping has been shown to reduce cortisol up to 43% and there was an incredible study performed on military members suffering from PTSD and how effective it has been to help reduce their symptoms.
