Four new films found their way into theaters over the weekend. Gabe puts us in the center of the action when he reveals what it's like to see an old video game character come to life. Then Downhill. Is it an uphill battle to get people in? The Photograph is a huge keeper because of the love in the story. And you'll never forget Liam in Ordinary Love.

Birds Of Prey has been set free! No Joker. No Batman. Just Gabe talking about why he's gonna see it a third time. Other films talked about include Honeyland which I think has convinced our young college student to drop every class he's got at UNCC and become a bee keeper. And what's up with the modern up to date version of Les Miserables? Who were they reaching for? Does it work without music and dance?

Super Bowl Weekend in America means Hollywood isn't taking any chances in theaters. How does movie reviewer Gabe handle situations like this? He starts digging for the less talked about films. This week he's getting Rhythm Section as a digital purchase but would it be good enough if there was a theater release? Then its off to the artful Clemency which is about being a prison warden. Artful? Gabe totally paints the picture. Then Nicholas Cage in Color Of Space. It's everything you expect from Nicholas because the makers of the movie knows let Nick be Nick.

HBO mastered the art of binge watching three decades and go and continues to be a huge participant in this age of quality on the flat screen. The question that people wants answer to is whether or not The Outsider is their next big must see? Gabe breaks it down to the point of not spoiling anything but grabs your imagination and makes you feel guilty that you haven't seen it yet. In his words of inflection, "Its that good!"
