Hollywood has delivered a long list of Christmas presents this season. Just like every year not everything is going to be a keeper. Gabe leaps all over Cats in a dog way. There's a whole lot of something totally missing from something that should've been an earth mover. We both agree the music Taylor Swift brings is the highlight of the film. Rebel Wilson and James Corden are a waste of space. Then we go all out Little Women. Yes it's been made into a movie 7 billion times. But not like this one. Florence Pugh continues to show this new age of movie making that she's going to be a major hit today and long long into the years that follow. Then we went head to head with Bombshell. Yes it's being compared to an HBO series. Yes it covers an area that we think we know but we're letting writers and directors try to tell their own version of something they didn't see face to face. Some very uncomfortable moments in the movie that will keep walking with you many days after watching it. Spies in Disguise moves into theaters on Christmas day. A brilliant display of James Bond action with a very interesting twist with pigeons. Everyone in the family will find this one to be a big wintertime hit. But what about Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker? There's always going to be several different sides. Hardcore Star wars fans versing those that just wanted to see a movie. Everybody's got an opinion and its ok to use it. Just don't let it divide your household like politics.

You can't complain about a lack of films taking over theaters. The flood gates are open! This week Gabe jumps into the pool of entertainment with looks at Jumanji Next Level, Richard Jewell, Dark Waters, Uncut Gems and Hidden Life. Every motion picture is crafted to feed whatever movie addiction you've to got. The only thing Gabe sort of warns is parents need to be aware of a few scary characters in Jumanji. Uncut Gems could be Sandlers first Oscar nomination while Dark Waters is more about the message. Richard Jewell. A page in American history that needed to be told.

Gabe has become the Cliff Hanger King! He's never going to spoil a movie. He'll take you to the edge then drop you off like an Uber driver off to his next pickup. This week we dive into a vast array of subjects including our nifty fun way to talk about movies. Up on the block are Queen And Slim which my Granddaughter wants to see by her Grandmother wants to keep her eyes off that sex scene. Gabe brings up two areas of the movie that are game changers. He won't tell which two because he wants you to reach out to him to see if we're all on the same page. Then we leap into Aeronauts which Gabe saw recently at a film festival. It plays well on that big of a screen but since it's connected to Amazon Prime will it be just as powerful? And finally In Fabric which has been hanging out for awhile. A24 is known for some interesting pieces of art. They don't disappoint you with this one. But will it be too much?

Movie lovers challenged Hollywood to bring it. And they did. We have officially entered the Triple Crown of the holiday season and theaters are starting to rumble. Save time by getting your tickets on line. There's no worse feeling then getting over to the theater to find out they've been sold out for weeks. Gabe is back to talk movies. This go around he's got five. The Irshman, Knives Out, Charlie's Angels, 21 Bridges and The Two Popes.

The impact is being felt. From the arrival of Disney + to nicely written and acted out films inside theaters. The pre-Frozen 2 Rush delivers a couple of hits and misses but nothing really barn burning or earth shattering unless you totally love racing and need to get some hot track action in your system. This time around Gabe talks about Midway, Ford vs Ferrari, Noel, Lady and the Tramp and The Good Liar.

Load the wagon and lets take a trip to the movie theater. You're gonna be there a long time! This week the creeps from Stephen King hit the screen in Doctor Sleep. Word from Gabe is that you won't be sleeping during this film. Nor will the urge take over your passed out for a cat nap button with Honey Boy. Our resident college kid says its a well told journey about one of this nations most talked about actors and could very easily help him turn the car around and start getting a little more respect. Also in theaters is Playing With Fire starring John Cena. Wait! Is this another pro wrestler trying to be the next Roc? And finally Last Christmas is out. Have you already seen this story? Hmmmm Gabe knows.

Thanks to the digital age and Hollywood pouring out a few good movies, there's no way anyone can physically say during these post Halloween moments that they're bored. There's too many movies to take in! This week our superstar college kid Gabe takes on the Terminator Dark Fate. At times he's into the continuation then he's not. Linda Hamilton looks great but why did they think we needed another spin on something that's growing tiring on the movie circuit. Up next is Motherless Brooklyn. Hmmmm Don't go into this one thinking you've got it figured out. A time piece that features some pretty hefty names. Or are they really there? From the digital front comes The Kill team which is based on a true story about two American service men. Gabe totally got into this. Plus The King on Netflix. Without seeing it I asked if it was the typical King Arthur film with an back drop that always looks like midnight. Yep.

Gabe loves his movies. Four in one week? Someone call a head doctor! The movies are nudging up against the Oscar season. Does that mean everything's good great and brilliant? This week he checks in the Maleficent, Zombieland 2, The Lighthouse and Black And Blue.

Gabe's been to the top of the movie mountain and he's ready to spread the word. JoJo Rabbit, Waves, Marriage Story and Dolemite.

Animation that doesn't rely on potty humor. That's the best way you can describe the new Addams Family. The entire gang is back. They do something I don't remember the television series ever tried... Rather than people dropping by the creepy old house. The family actually goes into the city. Gabe also takes a look at Gemini Man with Will Smith. Everybody's talking about how they've created this younger version of Will. I took a different angle. They made him look older. Yeah! Will Smith is forever young. Ha! And what's this thing called Parasite? It's been showing up at film festivals all summer. When will it arrive on the national scene?
