Anytime you get Gabe I together we're going to find reason to break down motion pictures. 98% of the time we might get it right but that's what makes it fun. We don't agree on the same movies. He's 37 years younger than me. That's why this show exists! We're both fans of that giant blizzard white canvas! What we watch might seem the same. It's where it lands in the separated imagination that create content driven conversation.

Judy Garland continues to have a huge impact on the entire entertainment industry. We've read the stories. Assumed the darkness. Whispered the little secrets of what we think. What about this new movie Judy? How close to the truth will we get? Then a strange twist in storytelling told by the new film The Day Shall Come. The digital platform is alive with lots of talk and comparison. Could something like this actually take place?

Sylvester Stallone knows John Rambo like the back of his hand. He also knows that having multiple layers always has the power to sell theater tickets. Last Blood has Gabe and I on both sides of the fence. We both agree on one thing and it involves Freddie Kruger. How about Brad Pitt in space? I first saw this guy playing a vampire and now he's floating through the sky toward a planet very few if any ever talk about. We're going to Neptune! Once you return to the planet Gabe thinks its time to defrag. You need a jolt of laughter that's gonna shock you back into a pair of tennis shoes. Nobody makes us laugh harder then Zach Galifianakis in Between Two Ferns The Movie.

J Lo has created another buzz. But is it in the same ole way? Her new movie Hustlers is out and Gabe's bringing his university lifestyle to the forefront to talk about if its a good investment for those seeking a movie escape. Then from out of nowhere the world started hearing something about a film titled Brittany Runs A Marathon. Has Hollywood run out of movie titles? Then in theaters before quickly being dropped onto the movies on demand sites. John Travolta is The Fanatic. Oh man. Gabe got into this one. So much so he spends 8 days on this 30 minute podcast talking about it. He must have really really loved this film. Wait! Describe love...

As summer becomes fall the mind games Hollywood likes to play is based on who can get to Halloween first. Again this year Pennywise is the first to scare in the thriller IT Chapter 2. But is the boom in the middle of night big enough to bring viewers to a three hour flick? So many fans of movies are staying home checking out On Demand features. Gabe puts his focus on two: Night Hunter and Don't Let Go. Plus you know we have to talk about Disney Plus. The official release date is November 12th. Who is really going to jump onto this plan that isn't free? How long will you be forced to keep the app if you aren't watching? Oh hec yes I love it when I can rant and rave with Gabe.

Gabe's spending this week readjusting his life and style as a first year college student. That doesn't mean he hasn't seen a few flicks along the way. This week he reviews Ready Or Not, Angels Has Fallen, Driven and Where'd You Go Bernadette. We also leap onto weekly rants and raves about theater experiences while forking out a few liner notes on movies to come. Plus a never before attempt at Gabe being funny. What is the butt test?

If a movie goes straight to On Demand does it still qualify for a year end Oscar Nomination? Light Of My Life is making huge waves and has been labeled a total must see. What about another motion picture that deals with the music of famous people? Is it the new age of marketing films to gain new viewers. We just had the film Yesterday that honored the Beatles and now comes Blinded By The Light. If you're in the market for a lot of fun and a little nasty talk and pictures you might want to take in Good Boys. For adults its a perfect pitch with a major league payoff. Keep the kids out period. Send them to Dora which is just as much fun but tasteful.

A change in the format of the show. Not only do Gabe and I break out our theater experiences with four new movies but we're having conversation with film directors Tyler Nilson and Michael Schwartz plus we'll be spending time with actor/comedian Sherri Shepherd.

Three movies. Three remakes. Gabe's observation isn't about the pain of never getting anything original but rather he puts focus on why you'll like certain parts of The Lion King while missing out on the animated version. Same is true about Ophelia but not so much on Point Blank. Our conversations are more than just the latest releases in theaters but we leap around several subjects such as the latest actions from Martin Scorsese on Netflix. How about Elizabeth Moss with a second hit series on the digital platform? And yes we even had to bring up Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. We're one week out and it's the next must see flick on the horizon.
