Just a few days after the regular season ended, Ron Rivera fired Offensive Coordinator Scott Turner.  This seemed to make many fans happy.  But now the search is on for a new coordinator.  Beat reporters are reporting the team has been telling potential OC's that they should be prepared to work with Sam Howell as QB1.  So who would be the best fit?  There are plenty of names available from Frank Reich to Byron Leftwich to Pat Shurmur.  We'll dive into the potential candidates and how they might fit into the team.

The season has come to an end.  Even though the Washington Commanders ended the season about where everyone expected them to at 8-8-1, it was still a disappointment when they sat at 7-5 and only needed to win 2 of the final 5 games to get into the playoffs.

The front office of Martin Mayhew, Marty Hurney and Ron Rivera spoke at a press conference to wrap up the season and gave a few curious answers to some tough questions.  Then just a few hours later Coach Rivera announced Scott Turner would not return for the 2023 season.

In Episode 103, we'll talk all about the press conference, the firing of Turner, and our end of season awards.  We'll also look forward to another season of uncertainty especially with the impending sale of the franchise.

Steve from Command This! podcast joins Nathan in breaking down Washington's season finale win against Dallas. Where did this win come from? Where was this team all season long? It's good to end on a W.
