At least one Kewanee resident has received such a letter and it was a letter that by some appearances, looked as if it came from an organization operated by Jeanna Moore, the wife of Kewanee Mayor Gary Moore. However, the letter did not come from Jeanna Moore and no such organization as the Kewanee Flag Project Committee actually exists. We spoke with Jeanna Moore on Friday's edition of Wake Up Tri-Counties about this strange story that still has no resolution. Meanwhile, if you received a letter from an organization claiming you have improperly displayed a flag, contact RegionalDailyNews.com and Wake Up Tri-Counties, [email protected].
