Is there an effective way to prepare ourselves for change?
In this episode, I'm joined by the Artist, Founder, Sought-after Speaker, and Coach, Rev. Dawn Smith-Camacho. Rev. Dawn started her non-traditional coaching company, Whole Life Solutions, to help individuals and couples undergo significant life changes successfully. Using her unique style that blends counseling and coaching, Rev. Dawn created sophisticated tools that help couples break generational patterns of conflict and mistrust. She also created J.U.I.C.E Hip Hop, a non-profit arts organization that allows city youths to express themselves through art, music, and dance and develop a sense of community.
Throughout this episode, Rev. Dawn and I talk about the positive impact morning rituals have on self-care and productivity. We also discuss our society's tendency to deal poorly with endings, the importance of being realistic about our possibilities while grieving, grief support, and exploring different coping strategies.
Additionally, Rev. Dawn discusses negative visualization, a powerful form of gratitude practice, crisis response, emotional support for grief, and much more.
Tune in and listen to episode 220 of Grief and Happiness, and discover new and powerful ways of preparing yourself to deal with significant life changes and crises.
