Relationships matter! With them, your influence is enlarged; without them, your influence is limited. If you are going to influence people, you must have a relationship with them. Titles and positions mean little in today’s world of leadership. Relationships matter.  In today’s tribal-minded culture, which emphasizes associating only with people like you, diverse friendships can be misunderstood and even dangerous.  This Woke mindset and ideology is anti-biblical and anti-Christ. This is 180 degrees opposite of Scripture and the life and leadership of Jesus. Listen carefully and never forget this: If you are going to influence people, you must have a relationship with them.
