Hope everyone is having a fabulous start to the New Year, I am always just having fun my friends. We had a great wrap-up from Anchor, I was impressed with the spread of listeners from around the globe, a motivator to keep it up for sure! One of the most hit subjects was TOXIC Relationships so I will dedicate a little extra time on the subject matter, I stress a little because I like the responses, I have gotten from some listeners who have stated to me that listening to my show jump started their sex drive and that to me means a lot! Talking about the toxicity in relationships boils my blood and no doubt increases my blood pressure, because we have so many of these CABRONES" these predators roaming the world trying to impress the opposite sex with their charm and gift of gab that it makes me sick! Although it's the bad & the ugly of relationships it needs to be put out and the red flags that are presented to the victims must be vigilantly observed and known! If you have any thoughts of someone you just met that thought is your first flag. This is the last episode of the year where I will let you know what subjects I will cover, like self-worth, jealousy, toxic individuals, and social media being a monster for certain people and relationships in general. So happy New Years to all be good, be safe and love one another! 

This is the first episode that is on video, so this is it amigos it's beginning to get more exciting than before. A Big Thank You To all again that's tuned in I really appreciate you. For the year we had fourteen or so episodes I received what they call a wrap up of where the show has been, who's listening, where it's going and how to make it better.  We all know the complexities of relationships are vast, complicated at times and simply put plain confusing for some of us, that's just a few of the hiccups that we can encounter when we open our hearts and fall in love.  Soon I'm hoping that we can go live with our podcast, which would be awesome! I will make some changes, the first is to put out more, I won't overextend myself since just trying to put one out a week was a little challenging for me so let me concentrate on consistency once a week then I can see if two shows a week is possible. An up-date of my medical journey and a message on visiting your local emergency rooms.  It's your body listen to it and don't ever self-diagnose yourself! It could prove fatal!!

Happiness and sadness all balled up into one. Life is like a box of chocolates you just don't know what your going to get! I preach to you on a constant to stay positive and whatever is thrown at you no matter what that is good or bad take it easy, analyze the situation and if its something that you can control  handle it to the best of your ability but if not, don't sweat it! Because if its out of your control it was more then likely never your problem to start with so chill out my friend. Along with that amigos faith is a must, without faith you can find yourself lost in a dark world without any hope.

So my friends faith brings hope! I admit that its been a tough couple of weeks for me, my family and my friends.  Faith gave me the power to pray and to hope for the best!!
