  • Should we live a quiet life or a life full of challenges?
If we are growing old we dislike more and more any challenge… And for the Hindu Religion is that we change from Raja to Tamas. We change from activity, passion, to laziness, to be deluded… And this is even true when we are young and desire to live a calm and peaceful life…. Because we don’t like challenges. For the Hindu Religion is the goal to be in Satva or in a state of harmony, balance, joy, and intelligence. Without facing our worldly desires we never can reach that state of Satva. Even we meditate like crazy still our worldly desires bring us to fall, like all the well-known Gurus with their Sex scandals. Through meditation, we can reach temporary the state of Satva, and afterward, we still have our worldly desires. After the Hindu teaching there exists nobody on this planet who doesn’t have all 3 Gunas,- Tamas, Raja, and Satva. We can see every challenge/conflict as a step forward to peace and more balance. Because we can use the conflicts and challenges to purify ourselves from our worldliness. If we have contact with God we deepen in our worst times our relationship with God and even find great spirituality much easier than in peaceful times. So that every challenge will be on purpose.  Sri Aurobindo said: God will drive you out of every oasis to go through the desert to find even a better oasis. And if you want peace in life, remember when you are in the box… you will have that, but no life anymore. We can find peace, serenity, and bliss only inside of ourselves and for that God has created the meditation. We should participate total in a worldly life and find our peace, serenity in our meditation…. • Why we can’t quit our bad habits?
We all have bad habits and we still keep them. Even we know the bad consequences to keep our bad habits. The US Center for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that our bad habits like unhealthy lifestyle with smoking, drinking excessive alcohol…. cause 50% of the death in the USA! For instance smoking 18% of total US deaths. Inactivity and bad eating: 16.6% of US deaths Alcohol consumption: 3.5% Why do we continuously keep our bad habits that destroy our health? Why can’t we resist bad habits? 1.) To feel Comfort. We like to do whatever it takes to feel comfortable. Our brain is wired to reward us to feel comfortable when we have done something. Then our brain is giving us the feel-good hormone dopamine. Through our bad habit, we get that feel-good hormone dopamine.  2.) We want more. We want more of that feel-good hormone and then we associate the feel-good with our bad habit, like taking drugs, to eat sweets…  After some time we have wired our “feel-good” with that bad habit. 3.)  Social proof. The bad habit is wildly accepted. We see our friends also indulged in that bad habit so that we assume that we are okay. And we see many people have our bad habit, that validates that we are okay. 4.)  Bad consciousness. We have a bad consciousness by our bad habit and we can’t quit. We like to suffer and for that, we need our bad consciousness. And then we run in a vicious circuit that promotes our bad habit. 5.) To Rationalize. We find a reason why our bad habit will not harm us for a short time.  For instance: “Just one more won’t hurt” or “I’ll do better next week, I’ve just had a stressful day today”. These short time justifications keep our bad habit. We find reasons, why our bad habit will not harm us in the long term. Like, “Mike Jagger (Rolling Stones) is still a great star, so his drugs didn’t harm him. 6.)  To give up. We know the consequences of our bad habits, like smoking. Still, we keep our bad habit. We think we can’t stop our bad habit and even say, we can quit our bad habit. We have closed our heart to find a solution. And we have no problem to discuss every solution, how to break our bad habit. - It doesn’t bother us anymore. • How to overcome shame?
We know situations where we think that we are wrong and then our shame is coming up… We try to hide our shame or to swallow our shame to pretend everything is just normal. Because nobody should realize that we have some problems …. In the end, we are the looser. Most of all demand intimacy, trueness or authenticity instead of shallow relationships where everybody pretends how cool he is… One of the greatest Marketing Experts Joel Bauer even likes: To show how wrong he is. Admits openly his mistakes. Is building up intimacy with the auditorium if we want that or not. Shows how human he is. And is selling even everything. Gerry Roberts one of the best selling guys on the stage makes similar mistakes like Joel Bauer… Gerry tells his most painful moments in his career to entertain the auditorium. For sure, it is very funny to hear when and how Gerry failed. Then ask yourself what is special about you that you try to pretend to be perfect? Our imperfect habits are selling much better than our perfect crafted sell speech. How would it be: if we admit our shame at the moment when it happens? If we feel our shame when it happens? We would overcome our shame and we would become an integrated person. We would become: A person that would never have fear of his own feelings. A person that is human. A person that everybody loves. • How to communicate as a leader?
Or how to inspire your team? 1.) How to start? The room should be comfortable and well temperated. We make sure that the auditorium is well prepared for the meeting. We start with an invitation or a question to engage the people. 2.) Repeat your message again and again from different perspectives so that it will be understood. 3.) Be well prepared but don’t stick to your script. Look after the needs of the auditorium and change your speech accordingly. 4.) Instead of making assumptions, what the people think and need… Ask … If we learn to listen instead to assume that we know everything we are in a much better place. 5.) Instead to be perfect be human and admit your mistakes. We build up trust much easier if we show how vulnerable we are and when we admit that we have done it wrong. 6.) America first? That Idea that everybody must do what you prefer will lead to isolation and to an unmotivated team. Instead, we look for the needs of the others so that they like to serve us. Give first and then you receive! 7.) If we only email our desires we never can build up good relationships. So we have to use all kind of Media to communicate and for sure personally works at best.  8.) If we have a vision we should communicate our vision with passion and make this standout. Boring speeches can never motivate the people. 9.) Speak so that everybody will understand you. Use a simple language and omit abbreviations or jargon that not everybody can understand. • Stop chasing women
Theses chasing and pursuing of women comes from neediness, that we are a needy boy and that doesn’t feel so good…. Women love a man who is: 1.) Confident, 2.) Vulnerable, 3.) Who has the courage to step up and go in front of them? The females dislike a needy man. A woman dislikes when a man is staring at her and is not acting. In our society, the men have learned to chase and to pursue their goals. And this never works out. If we enjoy our work we become much more successful than to chase our success. If we are under success pressure we fail much more than to be relaxed. Because our fears to fail, will attract to fail. And we lose our creativity when we are under tension. Imagine you want to seduce a girl and you are under tension. Do you think that you can entertain the girl so well? You are rather a greedy beast who wants sex like a rapist and the women hate that. Also, I have tried out to chase women, even as an introvert.  And the results had been so devastating that I stopped early in my manhood to chase any woman. What I have found out: so more I run after women so faster the women run away. At first, I tried out to become independent happy, to be content with my self and the girls were contacting me. I started with self-experience groups, tantra, and bioenergetic groups and made every day my meditation. And through that, I became vulnerable, sensitive and content with my self. And the women loved that. I became one of their favorites. And within one year, I became attractive for the women and before I had no chance. Every man can do so. Then I tried the strategy, just to be relaxed and look in the eyes of an attractive girl. When she was looking back I smiled and went in front of her. I, as a stutterer, was afraid to speak with that girl. Instead, I just approached her and when it was okay with her I embraced her…  How I found out if I could embrace her or not.  Instead, to play cool, I showed her how vulnerable I am and could feel what she wants. And that is not so difficult… First, become attractive to yourself and then You don’t have to bother for a date. • The Lost of our Identity
We are living in a world that supports a fixed identity and through that, we have lost the connection to our true self. The People are predictable and the society loves that. We have to function in a certain way. After some time we have built up some habits that enslave ourselves. Remember your childhood, you could easily see how the adults were habitual fixed in certain behaviors. You could forecast how every adult would behave in certain situations like a robot. Sure, it made your life easier and also boring. The Adults used always the same facial expressions and their faces were frozen in certain attitudes and could not change. And your kid friends were full of life and the adults lived on a saving flame or without life. What will your kids think of you? Maybe the same what you thought as a kid from the adults. It is hard to overcome our own prison of our wrong identity. The worst thing is, that our identity got conditioned from our family and spouse. Who are we? Are we these wrong Identities? Do we have a true Identity? Can we change our identity? Do we need an identity? When I changed quite often my life philosophy, I always lost my spouse. For our spouse, it is much easier when we would have a fixed identity. Because an identity means security and it is easier to calculate our behavior in advance. And our spouse can manipulate us much easier when we have a fixed identity. Our environment wants robots and not human beings. If we want to be free and happy our goal should be: To live in the here and now. To make always the best decision without that our belief system or subconsciousness is interfering. To be a surprise to ourselves or others. To be spontaneous like young kids. To be creative instead of following the mass. To be free from any identification or identity. Because an identity hinders us to be in the flow or to enjoy the here and now like the kids. • The five pillars of wealth
If we think that money/success and worldly pleasure are everything we get lost or follow a wrong prophet. The 5 pillars of wealth are faith in yourself and in God, health by living a healthy lifestyle,  honesty, and independence of worldly things. Why? 1.) If we don’t have faith in ourselves we can’t get the things done… we are lost. Faith is the reason that we win and a lack of faith will lead to failure. 2.) Without health, everything is lost. The sick bed is the most expensive place because we can’t send another person to be sick for ourselves or we can’t buy time when we are terminal ill. Who doesn’t care for his health is a fool. Why is 80% of the wealth in the USA in the hands of the widows? Fools die early!!! 3.) If we can’t be honest,-  we can’t be honest with ourselves. We live in an illusion that never comes true. People get divorced after 30 unhappy years because they didn’t like to face the problems in their relationship. And the relationship failed through their ignorance. Our dishonesty will lead to ignorance and then to bankruptcy. Without honesty, true love is not possible.  Even worse, with cheating and lying, we can’t expect in the longterm healthy fruits. And we lose our self-respect. The price is too high! 4.) What I have watched over many years that many successful people are independent of worldly pleasure. They don’t chase success or money because they love what they do. And through that, they attract the success and money. If we are a slave of worldly pleasure, we never find peace in the mind, can’t relax, can’t stick to a healthy lifestyle, can’t live healthy relationships, can’t be honest….  5.) If we don’t have faith in God or in the power of God we can’t see the bigger vision. And we can’t expect to get the help if we are overwhelmed or in disasters. Faith in God is priceless.   My Video: The five pillars of wealth  https://youtu.be/jI1P0Z-azq8 My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end.  My Audio: https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/5/The+five+pillars+of+wealth.mp3

  • Act or Complain
Is not complaining an act of procrastination? Remember when you complained inside or outside, did it helped? When You started to act or to change the circumstances the complaining stopped. Because when we change the environment in our favor the reason for Complaining ends. Was not the complaining necessary to change the circumstances? If we complain and don’t act we get rather more negative results. Because we focus on a negative outcome and attract so the negative outcome. If we focus on the results that we like to get, we will get them easier. What is if we are thankful for the negative circumstances instead to complain about our challenge. Remember everything has two pols and both pols have the same size. If something is a bit negative it has the same amount of positivity. And we can’t see or don’t want to see the opposite pol. How would it be if we look for the positivity when we complain about something? Maybe, our complaining would stop and that we don’t want! Maybe, we love to complain or to be unhappy? Maybe, we are unhappy with something else and complain about another thing? And that happens quite often with everybody! If we complain quite often, we should look for the real reason inside of us. What is wrong? What really bother us? And then change it or accept it! My video: Act or Complain  https://youtu.be/ou8WEWCNhTg My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. • The Pursuit of Love
The pursuit of love is a path that we all travel  … Who gets it right? Is true and lasting love possible? After a recent study, a year sex with the same partner is far better than to have more partners and after a year we need a change… Scientists examined data from 16,000 Americans and found the happiness‐maximizing number of sexual partners in the previous year is calculated to be one. The approach just to believe that the true and lasting love will happen to you will never happen… Look around you … The belief we manifest what we desire is only true when we include our unconsciousness desires. And these unconsciousness desires are always in the way to get what we consciously want. If we want a more fulfilling relationship make these 5 steps: 1.) Worthiness Do we deserve a fulfilling love relationship when our childhood didn’t have experienced that? Get rid of all of your childhood traumas that are obstacles to a fulfilling love. That is easy to say and even for most people are not possible. This means we have to work our whole life on ourselves to become a lovable person. And then we deserve that love! We have to uncover all of our inside beliefs that are against that fulfilling love. Imagine your father was coming home stressed out. How was he dealing with your family? Was he lovely? We have overtaken unconsciously the bad habits of our parents. Compare, how you would deal with your spouse when you are angry, is it similar how your parents did? 2.) Know what your mind wants and what kind of spouses you are attracted to. Are they the same? Know, what kind of habits you don’t want for your spouse. And are you attracted to the habits of your spouse that you don’t want? Make a list what kind of spouse you want and what you don’t want. Make a list of what kind of spouses you had already and which habits they had. Make a list of which kind of people you are most attracted. Are they your dream or hell partners? 3.) When you start to date, start small… First, get in the habit of dating and be tolerant if you can’t get directly your dream partner. After some time your partners will be better choices. 4.) Look what you get, are they what you want? 5.) Be open to receiving your dream partner.  My Video: The Pursuit of Love https://youtu.be/yvOHIcRHF-Q My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end.  My Audio: https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/5/The+Pursuit+of+Love.mp3

  • Don’t become a wussy!
If we hear the New Age Movement Music, we comprehend that the New Age wants Harmony and doesn’t like Disharmony. The great music, like the Indian Raga or the Western Classical need the disharmonies to enhance the harmonies. And so should be our life! We can’t appreciate the harmony if we don’t experience the disharmony. In the New Age, we wanted to become soft and sensible,- so that we are open to the divine. We could not understand that our worst times were shaping our life to become soft and sensible! The Tao says we should be strong like a tree cutter and sensible like a baby. If we make for instance Qigong for our heart, without training our heart to become strong,- the heart Qigong is worthless. Remember, the Kung Fu has developed the Qigong. The fighters want to become sensitive to direct their energy to become strong. When they do so, nobody can hurt them anymore. And for that is Qigong. We need to make exhausting sport combined with exercises like Qigong or Yoga. Otherwise, we will never gain our full potential or health. The New Age is dam wrong because it rejects the Yang or aggression. Aggression is necessary to get the things done. Anger is positive if we use it for our benefit. Nothing is wrong only misplaced. For instance, Bruce Lee died with 32 as a famous Kung Fu fighter because he had skipped the Qigong. Grandmaster Lu Zijian as one of the best Kung Fu Fighter was teaching his Qigong until he passed by with 118 years. And Lu Zijian was active fighting until the age of 88years. Maybe Lu Zijian was wrong,- but he could understand that we need both, Aggression and Love! Don’t become a wussy!
