Relax with Meditation

 This sounds contradicting… In any case, we have to go through pain, through deep pain and that nobody can avoid. 
We see people suffering for years, instead to let the pain go and start new.
My old German language teacher (80 years old, because he was very qualified) said you don’t know what is suffering or what is to be forced. He lost during the two World Wars two times his wife and his children,- his whole family, still he could build up his next family, and he had total faith in God. Besides that, he said you have to learn every day until you die… Because he knew that life or the world is changing fast, we have to adapt to every situation that we face. 
Don’t think it hits only you with a tragedy…
There is beautiful parable from Buddha.A young woman was coming to Buddha, crying that her baby died, and said first my husband died and now my baby. Buddha said: go to every house and collect one mustard seed from a house where never have been the death… Next evening she was coming back to Buddha with empty hands and said let me discover what never dies. This story helped me a lot when we lost under tragedy circumstances our unborn baby…
Afterward, I could understand the message of our tragedy and surrendered totally to the spiritual path and got impressive results… So this tragedy actually helped to discover God…

What it means to sing Gospels. 
For so long I was waiting for somebody who has the bones to stand up and tell me what is the real Gospel and what not…
And this has been done by the famous Gospel singer CeCe Winans.
I have sung Bhajans in India and Gospels in African Churches … And have heard this awful singing for the Lord from the famous singers… With no connection to the Lord, or even was not coming out of the heart…
One of my dearest singers is and was Whitney Houston and her Gospels are awful,… 
Her speech: I don’t care how much money or fame they have…If they don’t have Jesus, they are lost. 
You are listening to demonic stuff, and you don’t know what is going on…
We have to understand what true worship is.Worship is not about the song that you sing.-But it is with your relationship with Jesus and your heart for God.
Your life is more important than what you do on stage. 
God opened up many doors for me, but it was not for me. 
The enemy, (pride, fame, money, Satan) opens up doors too… 
God opens up doors to please him or to honor him.
If this door is not all for honoring or pleasing God, then this is not him it is the door for Satan. 
And for that door, You don’t have to have faith or pray… fame and money are good enough.  
But I want to be a great actor, great singer … but this is not about God. 
Don’t get tricked by the Satan.
You want to please God and when you aim to please the Lord with everything that you do…Guess then most of the things do even come not your way.It becomes difficult, we are stressed out still following God.  
One of her dearest friends was Whitney Houston…And her gospel was about great beats, you got hooked up by the beats and it was demonic stuff. 
God said you are for me or against me. There is no between. 
The biggest deception from Satan is in between. Show me any religious scripture that is in between.
Jesus said being hot or cold and not lukewarm.

Our actions should a line with our faith. 
We have to believe first.  
Put God first in your life and focus on pleasing him and live in him, everything else will be added…

So true... Most of all famous Gospel chores, like the Chicago Gospel chore... Even don't sing out of the heart! 
You go to a normal African Church even in Europe... They sing for Jesus and Jesus will come, and miracles will happen, and not these artificial B. S. Gospels Chores! This is blasphemy.
Imagine your entire body is paralyzed, no one can help you, and the treatments are awful... And You praise the Lord (I don't care what Lord is yours, for me, every Lord from every religion works). And even repeat, Thank You, God, Thank you for my life... After 7 hours, I left the hospital, on my own, traumatized... Waiting for my friend to bring me to a check at the next hospital… Then an old friend called me ... I told him what had happened.And he said Again...?  How many times has the Lord saved my life?

 What does it mean?I was in Boudha/Kathmandu… I have spoken with a Tibetan at this very holy Tibetan place… He said I don’t believe in religion, God, in these corrupt Rinpoches (great religious Tibetan, born as a divine incarnation)  and I have total faith in the Dalai Lama…. 
For me is this contradiction, that I have heard everywhere in the world and even in every area!
If I have faith that I reach my goal, for sure I have to make everything that is necessary to achieve my goal. Otherwise, I don’t have faith to reach my goal. 
The same applies, if I say I love you, this means unconditionally, regardless in which mood my darling is or what she is doing! Otherwise, it is just only an empty phrase…. It might sound great, it might compliment my spouse. Still, it is only a bargain. I give you $10 and get one kiss back…and if you misbehave I never can love you again???  Or 80% of the diamond gifts are just for getting in bed with their spouse!!! (Sorry, to convince a customer to buy this diamond is to say: Your wife will love you and will do everything with you!!!). Love includes every part of our darling!
If I say that I have faith in God/Allah/Existence, then I have also to surrender to my religion… Generally, all this so called: I  believe in God  … ends in tragedy. The strain of bad luck, injustice…and the faith is gone! Even worse most of this: I believe in God; is proclaimed by people who even don’t have read the scripture, or pray… This means, don’t kid yourself. If we say that we have faith in God, we have also to surrender our lives to God and for sure, to be honest!!
I by myself was grown up as an atheist, not baptized… and totally honest. This honesty is a sign to be religious… I had nothing to do with God and through my meditation and tantra practice, I had the fortune that God was coming to me!  Honesty is the most import part of having faith in God…. Without honesty, there is no faith!

 Who is afraid of death his life is already lost.  (Wittgenstein).Our mind is programmed through our nature to survive under all circumstances. That is usually right, on the other hand, it is seldom that we need such survival mechanism. Instinctive our mind is looking in every situation, how he can protect us or what is the safest way, even it is almost not necessary. Through this, over protection, we lose our fun, excitement in our life. For instance, we connect with our darling, and we are afraid to lose our love or lover. Then we ask maybe: do you still love me… And through our questioning of the love, we will lose fast the love of our darling…

All these overprotection and perfect-ism will lead to failure…

Life is a risk, and that is good so.

We can readily recognize that the insurances, governments, religions, corporations, parents, like to make us fear to get us in their boat… to squeeze us out… To live fearlessly is much cheaper!What said my friend so beautiful, I had never fear or money… Without money, we can’t buy protection, and we are much freer. This was also the intention from Buddha (to surrender to be homeless, no protection!) or Jesus (Look the birds, they don’t care for tomorrow, and still the Lord will feed them every day!). This means to surrender to God! Or the Koran is saying: Be afraid only of Allah! 

If we go one step further, all fears are a fear of death and to lose our control. We should embrace the death, instead to fear the death.  Everybody will pass by, so for what the fear of death? It sounds easy, and for most people, it is not easy to embrace the death. Never less I don’t have belief in death, after 3 times clinical dead and the last research from the Germans, that there is no death… at the end is the link… 

 The fear of losing control… Actually, we don’t have anything under our control, even not our body, mind, and feelings… We can die every moment, and we could even not chose our birth, our parents, our brothers, and sisters… Still, in every being, this means also the animals is the desire to control their environment, friends… An average cat or dog will try again and again to control us... So we should give up this also and be happy that we can try our best to get the best results… all the other things are under the control of God… On God blessings everything depends…

 If we want to to get something.If our intention is to get something from a person, these can mean, we are bored, want to kill time, want to convince somebody from our opinion, want to sell something, want not to be alone… After a short time, the other person can feel that and turns away! 
For instance, at the beginning of my dating career, I was running after the girls… That never worked out, because the girls recognized my intention, and didn’t like to have a needy guy… When I was turning around, the girls were running after me… Because I didn’t need to be together with a girl and that attracts...  And so it is nearly with everything... If we are needy, we push that person/desire/goal away from us.
Our intention should be: “To Give” when we like to contact a person. We like to hear what the other person is telling, we consult or provide the information that the individual needs, or we enjoy our time…
The best is that we are aware, of why we want to connect with that person. Otherwise, we get fast hurt, if the other person is turning away or that we connect with the wrong person when we are needy… 
As an introvert, I like to build up my self-esteem, and then I connect with people. Because it is much nicer to share my presents with other people and to be able to give out of pleasure.  
The other thing is, if we need something urgently, for sure we should ask and be humble… Almost everybody loves to help a humble person… That is a total difference, because if we surrender to a person for help, then we lift up his ego, and we don't use that person…
The next worse habit is to be dishonest, cheating, for sure after some time mostly all people are disgusted from that.
The third worst habit is to be arrogant, or this practice: I know that already, or I have this already… Because our heart is closed and can’t be open for other people.

Why is that so true? 
Everybody knows something, that is valuable for us, and everybody has gathered a lot of wrong information inside of them self. If we get confronted with different information that is looking even wrong for us, maybe this information we need to change our life or opinion.To be skeptical is not to be wrong. 
For instance, I want to know something about the today state of our money bubble (money printing like crazy)… For sure I have to do research on that … the media will not help because it is just a propaganda machine… I look up books with different views from me because only then I can learn something! I got the last book from this famous, great(?) expert Harry S. Dent. In his last book, he describes the previous stock market crashes, demography, inflation… He follow-up and proof (?) that we will have the same stock market crash 2017 like we had 1933… with deflation, Gold down…? In the previous stock market crash, there was no money printing like crazy. How can he compare two different sceneries as the same??? Even more, 1933 the USA confiscated the Gold (Gold went up 70%) from the Americans, inflated the Dollar (Dollar lost 70%) and put up high taxes (this means inflation and Gold up!). Never less, there are such great statistics inside, that it is good to read that book …  The next book for instance: “The money bubble”  which describe the missing elements of the previous book. At least we should read both books if we don’t like to lose our savings in the common crises. 
If we question our life or a part of our life, we go through the agony and at the end we will change our life for a better. Without pain no gain!
The next crucial point is: Don’t think in terms that you wish. So many people had lost everything on the stock market because of that thinking! We should always look what is and not what we want. Don’t get court up in proving your theory like Harry S. Dent, because we get blind through that. Have an open mind also for other opinions and see how we can utilize the different opinions!!! 
Know yourself, understand your weakness. If I am impatience for instance at that moment when I have to make critical things, I don’t do anything, until I have calmed down.
Learn from the history, that what was right 10 years ago, is wrong today. This means we always have to adapt to this situation today, the previous solution might be wrong.

 Bob Proctor said I have developed a good intuition after I decide… And so everybody can or better should do. I like to explain here, how to decide with our intuition through the pendulum method, intuitive using a book, Tarot, I-Ging, throwing a coin, and how to connect with our intuition through the Magic Mirror method.
 Throw a coin and ask God/Allah/ yourself/ inner child what you should doAsk the I-Ging …Ask a tarot card…Ask a book, like the Bible, and then open the book on a random page. 
Swing a pendulum. The pendulum can swing: up and down, left to right; circle left turn, and circle right turn. We define the different movements for these decisions:       a. I don't want to decide now.      b. Yes.      c. No.      d. I don't know.   In a calm place. This means we ask the pendulum: What is for instance: “yes” and then we see in which direction is the pendulum swinging… this we make with all the other different decisions (a, b, c, d). Have we found the movements for all decisions, then we can start to ask our question!
The Magic Mirror: We calm down, get in a relaxed meditative space. We imagine that we are traveling faster like the light to a different planet. From this planet, we can see a half year or one year in advance what happened to us in the future. Then we look in a mirror and ask yourself on the other planet in this mirror: What we should do,… what is the best? We wait calm and relaxed for the answer inside of us. We let the answer come without judging and interfering.

Imagine somebody is badly injured.His Girlfriend is crying and asking: How are you?I don’t feel so well…Why are you lying?I can’t see you suffer, that breaks my heart. 
This is the reason why males are drinking so much alcohol… They suppress their negative emotions to continue with their relationship.
I asked an Indian Taxi driver how many kids do you have?He replied none…Why? I don’t want to think about money all the time.  Love is not for males.  Patrick Liew said a male has to love his wife and his wife has to respect him… 
How many times does a daughter get embraced compared to a son? 2.5 times more.
Sex is not for males.Sex ceases after 5 years in most marriages… Even 50% of males marry a woman because of sex. 
Fidelity is a big problem in today’s marriages … Women are cheating much more than males. In Germany, every fourth baby is procreated outside of the marriage. Imagine, after 5 years, your wife doesn’t like to have sex with you and gets pregnant…

If a woman fails, regardless of where, she gets away with it, and the males get severed punished.  
When dating, the females want males with many goodies and are even not aware of what she has to give the males in return…. 
What is about divorcing… The males have to pay like crazy until they go bankrupt… 
These are the reasons why a yearly increasing amount of males don’t like to marry… 
The worst country is Japan, where only half of the males like to marry.

For instance when we dream, we think that we have dreamed for hours, in reality, we have dreamed only for seconds. 
If we live in our mind, we are missing that moment that happens now… And so we lose our life.
 If we are living entirely in the here and now, then we are relaxed, or we are in the flow…there is no space for thinking… There is no time, only this moment nothing more … Life starts to become beautiful. And for that is Meditation. Meditation is connecting with the divine/God/Allah, the mind is calming down without forcing/pushing, and then we are in the here and now...
If we are in the flow, then only this moment is crucial for us. What is to be in the flow?  If we are relaxed and concentrate on what we are doing… Our doing will happen by itself…. 
The Chinese Proverb: Wu Wei: To do without doing, … Explains the flow.For instance, 80% of the complicated surgery is happening in the movement for the whole team! All great artists like the musicians, painters are in the flow when they create, the same goes for sport…. For instance when I was skiing a very difficult ski piste at high speed… I had to be in the flow, - one thought or fear could cause that I would fall (no time for thinking.
If we are total emerged in the flow, like my example with skiing … Then we are in the here and now,- we are timeless. Or when I write this blog, I am in the flow, I let the words come, without thinking or forcing.  For what is then time?To measure a movement. If we relax and think more slowly… The time slows down…And that is wonderful, to become timeless…  We have just to go out of our head… To become timeless, to enjoy this moment. What is the most precious moment in our life?Now!!!
