How to get broken fast and efficient? Today we get overwhelmed by so many attractive offers to start a business or something new. We try something, and then we see a better option and try that, and at the end, we fail. This is the best choice to fail in every area of our life.  
Imagine you flirt as a single with an attractive person, everything is running excellent; you make a date… And afterward you meet another person, and also this flirting works out, you make a date…. Do you think that this lifestyle brings you a great connection and loving relationship? For sure not!! Stick to one partner and surrender!
If this is true, then it is also true not to change your first chosen option/strategies, because we find quite often afterward better choices.
This means to surrender to one selected option until it works or is failing without any chance to get what you want; brings us farther, then to look for better or easier options. And this is precisely the teaching of T. Harv Ecker. 
He by himself failed so many times until he discovered the why… and the why is: to look for better options, and not to chose to surrender to one choice and to become the very expert. 
I have done quite a lot of these so called business or marketing workshops… and then the next guy is asking me, do you also go to this seminar or even the speaker of this event want to sell you something more (up sale) before you even had the chance to try it out. 
Most of the time even the stuff from the speakers didn’t work out, for sure …. Dan Peña (the most successful business coach in the world) said the only thing what these marketing and business coaches are good for, is to make an up sale… This means they press us to buy their BS… Instead of to motivate us to try it out….This means the up sale is only good for the speaker….  We should experience what is working, and then we can choose something more. 
On the spiritual path, the scenery is looking the same, the people trying out one Guru/technique after the next and never get any great results….
This means we should be ignorant of new options until we have tried out the chosen option. Regardless what your friends, Gurus, speakers are thinking about you… What other people think about us, is their problem and not our business!!!

And lay on the side so that the head can wing up and down freely. Do this for the left and right sides 10 to 15 times. 
Finally the exercise of your memory! You will increase your memory.You will gain more awareness of what you do.Let you fall asleep easily.
Go to remember your entire day vividly when lying in bed… What you did what you not did…How you brushed your teeth... Try to remember your day in every detail until you go to bed and fall asleep…
And so you remember all your events better and better…This was the exercise of one of the best brains, the world record in the Guinness book to remember the last 1000 digits after the decimal point.

When we are in a deep love relationship, after some time we exchange a part of ourselves with a part of our darling, on the energy level. This means we feel that we own our darling and this also true for our darling. LoveWe are identified and passionate with our love.
This is the cause of all our relationships problems. Identification is sorrow (Krishna). 
When we finally separate, we suffer to get our part back… and to be complete again… Without our darling we feel that we are incomplete, we miss our partner and a part of us.
This is one reason, why the separation process needs so much time. The next reason is that we are habitually connected and to change a habit is quite difficult.
We losing our face and think, what should think other people about us… we become humble, alone, we feel powerless.
The major mistake is that we blemish our darling for meaningless thinks, like that he/she had done the separation awful, that he/she had abused us. As long as we keep blemishing and complaining about our former darling, we can’t get rid of our identification with our previous partner and have to suffer much longer. 
If we just feel the separation and sorrow… after some time the pain is gone, and we are open for a new relationship.
The worldly love always has two poles, one pole is hate, anger, sadness, and sorrow; the other pole is love and joy.

In relationships, we all see again and again meaningless communication about something else, and that doesn’t matter. Instead to connect with the feelings and to speak honesty what is inside.
Why we can’t communicate, for instance, a child is sad, and the Mother asked why you are said. The child doesn’t know, and then the mother remembered that the feelings of the child were effected from the parting of its friend. The Mother said: common, you will see your friend in one week again and the kid is crying. After some time it is happy again.
And so it is always with everybody, our feelings had been influenced by a situation some time ago, and we don’t realize that. Afterward, somebody is coming and we get very fast upset for a meaningless thing, because we had been already upset.
If we would check first the mood and the feelings of our partner/spouse/friend before we start to speak, communication would be much different.
 In  a loving relationship it is crucial to check first the feelings of our darling and try to speak as less as possible. Why? Our darling is so identified with us, that our darling can interpret everything wrong because of fear to lose us.
For instance I got a card from my darling, many years ago, and the first time I read it, I interpreted every sentence wrong. My feelings got steered up and I decided to read the card again when I had calmed down. Actually, I could not read her hand writing, and then my mind had made up some stupid things.
The best would be, if everybody will check contiguously his/her feelings instead of pretending that everything is good. Authenticity is what matters and not some faked good feelings. Because our suppressed negative feelings are getting piled up and at the most inopportune time they explode. For what?
Do you like to see on the stage, somebody is faking good feelings or do you love more the style of  T. Harv. Eckert/ Antonie Robbins how they  express  there feelings in order that every sentence sounds different and is easier to memorize. Today on the stage is counting  authenticity for the credibility. If this is so, why we can’t be authentic in daily life?

 Finland’s school became the schools with the best results of the world when they drastically reduce the hours of learning, more free time… Only 20 hours/week class, including lunch and less homework…Less learning more fun… this was the revolutionary concept of Finland to rise up from place No. 29 to the best schools results in the world.
The attitude is what counts… Whatever it takes. This is the motto of the teachers in Finland. If one child is dropping out of the learning standard, then it gets the support until it can follow up with the other kids.
 Finland, like all the other European countries, has to face the problem that 50% of the children are immigrants and so can’t speak this challenging language Finish ( Mongolian language). The immigrant children are getting an even private lesson in every subject until they can follow up. If we compare it with Germany for instance, that the Turkish children don't get support, only the children from Poland, Russia and Japanese (they have their own schools) are getting full language support and can even study their language at school….
The next huge different from Finland to the rest of the world is that they educate the children: how to learn effectively with fun; to be relaxed; to build up a strong character to live a happy life.And for sure the playtime is for the Finland teacher as much important than the learning….
We should as grown up also adapt this model, that playtime is so important for everybody to relax. When I attended all these business/marketing seminars, then I recognize at the end, that I could not keep the learning in my mind, mainly all I forgot in less than 14 days. Even worse is, that most seminars are not giving out a printout or a download… and forcing us to an up sale.
Today I chose to learn only from Internet courses or books because I have more from it, I need only to learn 2 hours/ day… Learning from the Internet or books is without tension, we can repeat it as often as we want… And for sure there is enough time to play/relax/enjoy ...
Game time means that we use our right side of the brain this means feelings, intuition,  for instance playing, trying out new things, sport, dancing, sex and Rock N Roll….

When I went through many blogs about women who can’t find a man…
Women desire a spouse which is delivering everything that they want and should have awesome habits, should be honest,wealthy, successful...

Then the coaches asked these lonely women what should they deliver…
And most women could not answer anything! 
If you want to sell something on the market, then you should design your Universal Sales Properties… 
Why is your product better? Why should the customer buy it?Why does the customer need to buy your product? What does the customer need and expect from your product? What advancements has your product that the competition doesn’t have?Where can you find your customer? For instance, fitness clubs…Why the customer does not buy your product?  The worst sales-property is, that your product is cheaper than the competition.

Now let's find out what men want?
1. Sex whenever they want. This means even after 5 years of marriage, and 90% of marriages over 5 years duration, men don’t have sex with their wives.  2. Love and compassion… We know Facebook is more important than the spouse or kids?! 3. Intimacy… When there is no sex, wives are building up a wall against their husbands…4. Communication, coaching, and building your husband up after he has failed. 5. Saving money instead of wasting money! Be moderate!6. Kids.7. Beauty. Don’t get obese or fat! That feature is reserved for their hell spouse! 8. Young. Remain young and beautiful inside and outside.9. Remain healthy, do your fitness, relax, and healthy diet.10. Partnership, - corporation instead of fighting against your husband for every aspect in life!11. Adapt to the desires of your husband… If your husband likes to trek, trek with him…
And for sure that would be for me not enough...If you don’t meditate and relax every day and or do therapy to open your heart, love is not possible! So, I have never married, because I want to share my love!
Problem solved… When you deliver what your customer in this case your husband wants!

 I saw a video from a very talented Kid who was describing God…He could not understand that you never can discover God with your rational mind... Because God is beyond of it... God is beyond of our thinking and is present in total love. Because God is Love and Love is God. Who can describe Love? If we feel love, we feel only our resistance of love. This means if we in a space where everything is so beautiful that we can’t describe it, that we can embrace everything, then we are in an area of love.
We can hear from people who had been in the war, that they saw the light or better divine light on the battlefield in the most dangerous situation of their life. The same came true for the Sister and Brother Scholl when they were waiting for their execution for the attempt to kill Adolf Hitler… In the last 10 days, many people had witnessed that the Scholls had been radiating so much love and light … and nobody could provoke them… 
Or if we go to an African Church when a healer is conducting a worship for Jesus … The Africans are singing with so much surrender and beautiful voices to Jesus, and they dance like crazy that Jesus can’t resist and is coming… I could witness that, even as a Non-Christ, Jesus was also coming to me… The Formula is the total surrender to God with Love. You find African Churches everywhere in the world.  
Let me tell something from me: I was growing up as an atheist and my family was not baptized for centuries, and they had been free mansion since 300 years. God was for me taboo, it was not allowed to go to the church or to worship God… When I started with my spiritual Path as a disciple of Bhagwan/Osho, I got the name: Ghanshyam, a name for God, or to be an answer for God. I was complaining about this name because I was an atheist. I learned and practice the sexual Tantra, and then I got in love with my soul mate… During our 10 weeks together we had such high spiritual experience that I also experience a part of God… And then my spirituality went through the roof….
 I started with long meditation retreats… (I was 12 years in retreats)… I visited a concert with the enlightenment Sufi Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and he connected me to God… I got a Satori from him…. 
With other words, without spiritual practice/ or complete faith almost nobody can experience a part of God… God is not for Free!  Then to speculate with the mind, God doesn’t exist, because I can’t see him is Nonsense. We need total surrender to see the divine light….

 What you want to be? This means to be right might not be the solution at all…We are together with different (than you) people and even with different people  (than you) in deep relationships… And from this point on who decides who is right or wrong?From our mind, we are always right, and the other person in front of us who shares a different opinion must be wrong Because our experience/knowledge have proved that we are right. The problem is, the other person thinks the same… In the previous time, it was much easier, get your club and beat it on the other head, like Obelix and Asterix had done it. Who was stronger was right. Simple and straightforward…. And today it might be the same in many cases. This means if the other guy has the power and we even tried the best persuasion techniques, and we had no chance… let him be right and us happy… And leave the spot… If we try first to build up a rapport and saying in the beginning: “I understand” or even better:  “you are right. “ We get out of the situation from beating us up with the clubs. (Still, I prefer the clubs, because I am stronger). And then we can ask his/her opinion. After some time we ask for permission to share our opinion… So that the harmony and balance is the focus and not to be right in the first place… Another situation is, there are quite a lot of people who like to argue like crazy, even they are lying and total wrong…. for what I should waste my precious time…and turn me down…  I go as fast as possible … let the dogs bark, it is their habit to bark and me be happy…. We want to sell something and watch the body language of the other person…. Gerry Roberts, one of the most profitable speakers in the world, said simply if the buyer/customer lean backward I go up and leave this place because he had already signaled with his body that he doesn't like to buy.  They have put a Hamburger with French fries, chicken nuggets from Mc Donald for 4 month outside in the subtropical climate of Puerto Rico. After 4 month still the food was there, it was just only dried; no insect had touched it… This means there are so much chemicals inside of the food from Mac Donald that even insects are running away from such poison food.  It is well known that  KFC is putting arsenic inside of the chicken because of the danger of salmonellae … still this should be food. And this is mainly true for all these fast food chains restaurants… They are putting so much chemicals inside the food as necessary, to keep the  food fresh for a long time and that the food is delicious and addicted… The combination of white sugar, sweet- acid, cheap oil, gluten, chemicals… makes the food addicted, for instance:  Ketchup, mayonnaise, French fries, Pizza, Tarts, Apply pie, Potatoes chips, hot dog … If we go farer and look on the beverages that the fast food chains restaurants serve like: sodas, Coca Cola, coffee, beer … then for sure fast food chains restaurants are making the people ill….   A test had proved that children which eating regularly food from the fast food chains are worse in the school than children who don’t go to the fast food restaurants… Fast food chain restaurants makes the people fat and causes  Obesity,  Diabetes, Cancer, heart attack…. We don’t need to go to the fast food chains restaurants, they are even not cheap… Small restaurants with less dishes are normally much more delicious and healthy. Still we have the problem that every cheap restaurant like to save money on the ingredients. This means they cook with cheap oil, using white sugar, ketchup, mayonnaise, white flour… In Thailand they have found out that the cheap Thai Food makes you fat and ill….   In the USA is a law, that protects the Pharmaceutic industry, when they produce heavy poison medicaments that kills people, nobody can make lawsuit against  them… Obama made it worse that today the food producer can produce, GMO Food, irradiation Food, or put as much pesticides and other poison inside the food without that they have to tell you what is inside… and a lawsuit is quite impossible to win against the food producer. In veggie burgers for instant,  they found even rat meat…. And in Europe it is not so, they have to tell you what is inside….
