Most people sleep every night and wake up with nothing. No memory of where they went. No idea what their own mind was doing for eight hours.
This track changes that. One recording, listened to every night. It teaches your brain to remember your dreams, recognize when you're inside one, and use what the dreaming mind keeps trying to show you. The more nights you return, the deeper it goes.
You'll fall asleep during it. That's supposed to happen. Read the three steps first.
Step 1 : Journal within arm's reach, every night
Put it where you can reach it without sitting up. The moment you wake up — before you move, before your phone — write whatever is there. One word is enough to start.
Step 2: Check your hands during the day
Look at your hands several times a day and ask: am I dreaming? Sincerely. The habit crosses into sleep with you and becomes the trigger that wakes you up inside a dream.
Step 3: Don't move when you wake up
Stay exactly where you are. Feel for whatever is left of the dream. Then reach for the journal and write it down. This is the most important habit in the whole practice.
Headphones required. This track uses 528hz binaural beats (without headphones, that layer doesn't work.)
Journal ready. Headphones in. Lights off. Press play.
48 minutes of guided voice followed by music only.
