In life you will suffer short term pain and long term suffering.

However your ability to withstand the short term pain will usually reduce the long term suffering.

Whether is it physical, emotional, psychological or financial, long term suffering usually comes at the expense of not accepting the short term pain of exercise, eating healthy, studying, investing in yourself/business, leaving a toxic relationship.

At the end of the day, the choice is yours.

Don't be so hard on yourself. While wanting to succeed in life we can get so caught up in sacrificing the present for the sake of a better future, but it doesn't have to be like that.
