In business TIME is MONEY. Don’t let things and people steal yours
Use a calendar to set reminders for regular deadlines.
Don’t equate busy with ACCOMPLISHMENT or PRODUCTIVITY. Get busy focusing on things that will move you toward your goals - don't chase your tail.
Don’t be afraid to tackle one as opposed to many things at once. Prioritize your activities.
Focus on things that are truly aligned with your business Mission and Purpose
Don’t be afraid to pause or let go of an activity in order to take control of or harness your runaway time.
Recognize that Pausing doesn’t mean letting go
Work to discipline your time management skills. Command your time. Don’t let your daily business activities be ambiguous. Discipline yourself
Be Mindful of TIME SNATCHERS- Don’t let things and people steal your time.
Put your time expectations and requirements on paper.
