In todays workshop, we will be looking at ways to remove energy blocks. We will discuss where these blocks may occur and what a block looks like, what may have caused the blocks and what we can do to open them up to allow energy to flow freely through the body.

We will also be looking at each of the 7 chakras and describing what they look like. 

We will then be doing a guided meditation where you will be going into any blocks and to identify colours and visualise what the ideal open chakra system looks and feels like to you.

We will complete the session by analysing each of the results.
