Indian Yellow-nosed Albatross
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Dark Rum
½ oz Benedictine liqueur
Splash of Amaro
1 oz lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Lemon peel
Ice

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except the lemon peel in a shaker
2. Shake shake shake
3. Strain into a glass and garnish with the lemon peel
