Galapagos Penguin
Ingredients
1 coffee ice cube
1/2 oz hazelnut liqueur 
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz coffee liqueur, like Kahlua
1 oz ½ and ½ 

Directions
1.      Place coffee ice cube in an old-fashioned or rocks glass
2.      Top with hazelnut liqueur, coconut rum, and coffee liqueur
3.      Top off with ½ and ½ for a layered look
