In our days peace is an elusive quality. We are more often marked by confusion, frustration and anxiety. The coming of Christ 2000 years ago introduces us to a New King and a government that is marked by peace. This rule of Jesus continues to expand and grow to this day. How can we participate? How do we let the promised peace of Jesus shape our hearts and lives?

In this second message of the Advent Season, we discover God's powerful love for us. Because of our sin, rebellion and faithlessness, God has every right to abandon and condemn us. But our God is not a man. Instead of wraith and anger, there is ultimately tenderness. Join us to learn how this is possible.

We often fall into anger and bitterness while waiting on situations in life that we cannot control, but it is important to ask where we are rooting our hope. As we enter into this Advent season, listen as we learn how to wait intentionally and actively by placing our hope in God.
