Repent and Believe Podcast w/ Cynthia Smalls

Study Romans chapters 6, 7, and 8.

Daily we struggle with sin! As long as we live in these mortal bodies, sin will always try to drag us back to the pit of despair and destruction! Back to the horrendous days in the Kingdom of Satan! But glory be to God "through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death." And we have this to hang our hats on whenever sin tries to dominate and gain mastery over our lives, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord!" We are no longer bound by sin and darkness!

Satan sifts believers, his goal is to damage our faith so much that we’re useless to God. He wants us shelved far from the action of the Lord’s kingdom!! Therefore, he goes for our strengths – the area where we believe ourselves to be invincible or at least, very well protected!

- Personal Agent of Evil: "Satan"

- Desires to Destroy: "...to sift us like wheat..."

- Power & Authority Limited: "...has demanded permission..."

Scripture Text: Hosea 5:1-15; 6

Matthew 23:39

Romans 11

John 10:1-8

Can two exist in a marriage relationship where one is constantly unfaithfully acting like a harlot? Yet, of all the nations that have existed on the earth, the only one that God made a covenant with did this to Him. God entered into no other relationship with any other nation in all of the history of mankind. Jesus tells Israel they had their chance but had failed miserably. He would now create a nation that would be worthy of entering His Kingdom, a people who would produce the fruits that prove they would follow His laws and keep His covenant. This is similar to what He, as the God of the Old Testament, had said to ancient Israel in II Kings 17, Isaiah 50, Jeremiah 3, Ezekiel 16, and Hosea 2, where He declares He was putting them away. No longer would He be Israel's Husband.

...and thus, the Church has been thrust into the family drama!

Many false fake ministers are in the church today. False ministers do not preach the true gospel. Their false preaching results in false churches, which Jesus Himself called "synagogues of Satan." (Revelation 2:8; 3:9)

The one who rejects the Lord Jesus Christ's perfect plan of Salvation will never receive eternal life. Jesus Christ has made salvation available to every person on the face of the Earth by dying on the cross for the sins of the world. Don't hedge your bet to think that your sins will go unpunished. That's a bet you will not win...why risk playing Russian roulette with your eternal soul so that you can be right in your own mind??!😔😔

God Bless You & Be Well My Friend!! 💖💖

At the end of the thousand years, the devil will get out on probation. He will break probation and rise up against God one more time. At his final defeat, Satan will be cast into the Lake of Fire. After that, there will be a second resurrection of the unsaved dead. At this time or who have ever lived will be judged by the Lord.

"And if anyone's name was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the Lake of Fire" (Rev. 20:15)

Adam and Eve's disobedience to God condemned the world to sin, brokenness and death! Because of sin, humanity's relationship with God was severed. But in His love, God provided a way - the only way - Jesus Christ endured the punishment of humanity's sin by dying on the Cross. Through His death, burial and resurrection, Jesus conquered the power of sin and death so that people sins may be forgiven and have life with God forever!
