This week, we're having a feast of conversation with friend Anna Jeffries VanZytveld and her ferrets. We remember the friends and family who got us reading the books, compare Redwall to other young adult fantasy, and recall some awesome Redwall birthday parties.

You can read some of Anna's writing here!

Riddles are as abundant as vittles as Derrick and Jordan talk book two of Redwall. What was Martin thinking with all these fetch quests? Why do we feel uncomfortable about the sparrows? Who let Basil and Jess be so great? Listen to find out.

Derrick and Jordan dive into the first book of Redwall: The Wall. They wonder what's up with the religion in Mossflower, appreciate the intergenerational friendships of the abbey dwellers, and hastily claim to be the first ever Redwall podcast.
