Moreau Halliburton is a proud born and raised Los Angelino who creates for herself and those who find comfort and inspiration in her personal expression. Their short film “Beads Build Bridges” screened at the 2024 Pan African Film Festival and they continue to facilitate beading/screening popups to educate and bring communities together. Moreau’s purpose is to give and receive Love through the Arts as she strives to remain a life-long learner.

Through workshops, film, and community gatherings, Moreau creates spaces where art becomes a bridge — linking creativity, heritage, and collective healing.
