Stephanie had a powerful conversation with Danielle Bernock about not only surviving trauma, but "emerging with wings!"
Danielle Bernock founded 4F Media (Faith, Family, Friends, Freedom) in 2014 to promote inner healing and personal freedom through the power of ‘The LOVE that heals’, using all forms of media, beginning with her first book.
The following quote from the book has gone viral:
“Trauma is personal. It does not disappear if it is not validated. When it is ignored or invalidated the silent screams continue internally heard only by the one held captive. When someone enters the pain and hears the screams healing can begin.”
― Danielle Bernock, Emerging With Wings: A True Story of Lies, Pain, And The LOVE that Heals
Danielle is an international, award-winning author, speaker, podcast host, and trauma-informed self-love coach who helps men, women, and organizations EMERGE with clear vision of their value, TAKE ownership of their choices, and CHART a path to their purpose, becoming Victorious Souls who Embrace The Change from survive to thrive through the power of the love of God.
She has authored 4 books, written for numerous online publications, and her stories have been published in two book anthologies. Her mantra is “love yourself from survive to thrive”, and she's known as “that lady on the internet who loves you.” A long time follower of Christ, Danielle lives with her husband in Michigan near her adult children and grandchildren.

Stephanie has a fabulous conversation with Paul Granger. Eye opening and encouraging!
When asked who he is, Paul likes to say "a child of God and ambassador of Christ", because he's learned that these elements of his identity supersede and shape the rest. One of the ways God has invited him to live out the call to "love God and love others" is through the "shepherding gift": providing pastoral support, creating space for conversation and community, and advocating for those that may go unseen.
Functionally, he has spent the last two decades serving with various ministries, and now serves full time alongside YWAM in loving his neighbors in authentic ways. He also loves to create, whether it is his podcast "Where did you see God", writings, or videos. He loves spending time with his wife and kids, and they see their home -- which God gave them in a crazy way -- as an important piece of how they love their neighbors as a lifestyle.

Stephanie has a great conversation with John Jarman! A survivor of abuse and the author of Broken and Redeemed. "Broken and Redeemed is the story of [his] journey, beginning with [John's] troubled childhood and challenges as an adult, and resolving as he finds redemption in the grace of God."
Is a professional fitness coach and men’s discipleship leader with a passion for seeing lives changed by Jesus Christ. A former football coach and Marine Corps veteran of Desert Storm, John’s life was radically transformed from a self-destructive trajectory to one of life, wholeness, and a dynamic walk with Christ, a story that is told in the pages of Broken and Redeemed. John holds a master’s degree in Physical Education from Ohio University, and, as of this writing, is close to completing a Master’s degree in Theology from Faith Seminary in Tacoma, Washington, where he resides.

Stephanie has a insightful conversation with Rachel McCants, founder of R. Lindsey Unlimited and the author of Ladies As We Love Ourselves.
Rachel McCants is an author, speaker and founder of R. Lindsay Unlimited. Born and raised in the Dallas TX. Her health was impacted in a major way in 2016. A growing brain tumor inspired R. Lindsay Unlimited, a business devoted to encourage, inspire, and challenge ladies to discover and raise their self-worth and standards, not settle and walk in God’s will in all aspects of their lives. She published her first book, Ladies As We Love Ourselves: A 6-Step Program to Self-Worth in 2019.
Now, Christians hire her to ignite a dose of Jesus because most do not seek Him first, get too busy, get too stressed and fall short of accomplishing their goals. She helps them achieve growth in their relationship with Christ. Bottom Line: It’s by His grace.
