Few people call it ‘law of attraction’, but I call that the ‘conviction’.

The Universe gives you exactly what you are, already.

Are you the one who you dream yourself to be?

When I will speak to you, know for sure that.., I am also in my journey,

Because,

unless I have a little bit of me in you, I would not have crossed roads with you!

I shall discover a bigger and deeper meaning of what I have already learnt.

And you will find you have known it already.

But nobody told you it this way.

Or may be you knew it with 4 covers of bias blankets!!

You have single source of small income.

And feel stressed about ‘the multiple’ income sources of people around.

Well.. did anybody told you that the first step abundance is created

when you start feeling ‘provided for’ already?

And  its not a lie. You can actually do it.   Have you tried the 6 jar theory?

When I was growing up, I watched how my parents treated people who remotely sounded like selling.  Being a person from that part of India, where being resourceful to get the job done was kind of despised.

And my friends dreaded to take ‘Marketing’ as a subject

As it required approaching people with products

Which never sold.

I hardly bought.

Especially books..

Everything is in google, so who cares to flip through the pages?

All this meant that I had a unconscious decision  of never choosing ‘Selling’ or ‘Marketing’.

As a profession.

But I had this big dream of impacting lives.

I turned a food-scarce pocket, where people had little to eat,

To a food-sufficient pocket in Eastern Madhya Pradesh!

In just 4 years!!

I helped the national e-Governance scheme to be implemented in 6 states of India

Creating opportunity for youths to earn a livelihood

While

Facilitating a door step service  to the remotest clients!!

If I can do it alone, at this scale,

Then

If I create a cadre of 100,000 people with the same mindset,

Then the world will be an abundant place to live

In No time!!

What stops you is a chequered mindset!

That perceives the situations around to be negative.

It is not so.

Learn to see the Gift

In everything that you come across.

Get rid off the Biased blankets!!

Good habits take time to take shape

Unless efforts r put, you will be doing the same thing even in the next year

changing habits appear difficult for two reasons - a)we try to change the wrong way  b) we try to change the wrong things

Three layers of change are outcome, process and identity

Identity is the deepest layer.

Ypu decide who you would become.

You become skinny because you love exercise.

Tiny habits to be shifted for a remarkable change..

The evolution will be an upward graph for all time to come

I felt like singing Mukesh’s song

“Mei pal do pal ka shayar hun

Pal do pal meri hasti hei

…..”

That is when I heard the boss

Giving me ultimatum if

I don't improve the performance this month.

Last 9 months, I have been giving super results

Topper of my branch.

This month, it has not been so good.

And he says he has to sit

Here in this branch along with me

To bring up the performance.

So how do you improve relationship

With such a boss?

I flipped through my notes.

Here is an exercise.

I need to find the formula for.

The first thing is

If I m in my COMFORT ZONE

Then,

I will be spending the rest of

My life here.

Which means

It is 2 days of my life

Given that my entire life is only of 4 days.

😂😂😂😂

Why bother for those 2 days?

And if I decide to leave today

Then he is no longer my boss.

The experience that I am associating

With him

Is again for just 2 days.

Provided,

I do not carry the experience with me forever.

By the way,

The third possibility could be

The Universal NUDGE

That

I should wake up to

Bigger possibilities

And

Just not be the

Frog of that well-celebrated well.

And I should

Thank the boss

That he became the Medium

To remind me of that.

It will go down to my

Memory lane

As an experience of just 2 days

That changed my life

Should I

Take the challenge to

TAKE ACTION

And

BRING CHANGE

Into my life!!

I call this as a serious aberration

If one is habituated to act last minute.

But the last sec of the last minute,

Holds the secret to

A grand performance

If it is completed in its entirety.

Completely pronounced.

I was speaking to Rashid.

He had lost his job to Covid.

And

When I asked to reach the recruiter in person,

He went to have the discussion,

Which resulted in an offer

Which he refused.

Low salary!!!

I had advised him to take the opportunity

Despite the salary,

As

That is the stepping stone

With which

He will embark upon his journey

For a fresh start.

For,

With the renewed confidence,

He could look for better opportunity

And with a job in hand,

He can only be given better and better offer.

But that was the last sentence

Of my discussion with him

In my first one to one call.

And he had missed it.

Pawan, a day before,

Was telling about a comfort zone.

His dilemma was ,

Why to leave the current job

Without any provocation?

But why did u at all consider leaving at all?

Even the linkedin profile is incomplete

As if

He has reached his ultimate place in life,

But at the moment

Can not explain the unease

With the current job.

The fish has outgrown the Pond.

But that was my last sentence

Which he missed.

And

Pawan, is the frog in the bowl

That is on the gas stove

With the burner on!

I tell you,

I dont blame them.

I only havent yet learnt to scare them

Enough.

With the eventuality

Of becoming a last minute actor,

With grievously high possibility

To Perish!!!!

It was Prem this time, a young professional, with six months of experience who responded to my message.

I watch with 2-3 points without asking a question,

I watch BEHAVIOR.

I observe  the  CHOICE OF WORDS.

I feel the warmth in their RESPONSE.

Believe it or not,

I can know your approximate age

And number of years at work

From those initial interactions.

May be each of us can figure that out.

If so, then

Your Employer can do so also.

That forms the initial IMPRESSION.

Being a fresher,

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of THAT?

Invariably,

Recruiters look for a TEAM Person.

Only that.

And you miss that

When

You FAIL to EXplore the next step

Because

There was a PERCEPTION playing behind.

TEAM game is to take risk

At the cost of becoming a FOOL

Ultimately,

I mean, you find nothing eventually.

Which is worthwhile,

But

The JOURNEY of exploration has

To be consistently played.

As,

That amounts to giving IMPORTANCE

To the naivest member in the team.

When you try something,

Without bothering too much

About the RISK FACTOR

It conveys

Your OPENNESS

Towards the UNKNOWN.
