It is a new insight..  Focus on daily victories

when you start with a big audacious vision, you don't have a clue how it will come to actualize.

But if that is what scares you, challenge you, and drives you, then you need to be after it.

Visualize it, how it is going to happen, doesnt matter if it is day dreaming.  Write as much of it as you can.  The ink on paper wil do the magic.

Sustained leadership growth requires to consider the following aspects

know how u are a differentiator  (DRIP method)

Know how to overcome adversity and use those for growth (AHAP method)

How to create depth and ultimate identity (Learn to monetize a skill) 

The questions will be around physical and mental health.

Possible support system

Confidence level

Your mind will automatically jump to conclusions and assumptions to save energy, which are usually worst-case scenarios because when your amygdala is triggered and therefore so is your negativity bias.

Asking What else could this mean? opens up other possibilities.
