Innermost thoughts of ours drive our actions.

Thoughts produce words and words become Actions.

The conscious mind is driven by our values.

The RAS (Reticular Activating system) is constituted  with

🎑the Reptilian brain (the smallest segment of the brain which protects us)

🎑 the Limbic Brain (Feeling segment)

and

🎑the Neocortex brain (Executive brain where our value system resides).

Unless there is a value system installed

in the Neocortex brain,

which is the largest segment of the brain,

our decisions

will not be

properly filtered and prioritised.

This is required

because

we receive multiple and hundreds of

stimulating info

around the day.

Which is  protective?

Which is decisiove?

Which requires further processing?

All this require programming.

Programming  in order to

filter  and prioritize.

The only way to control RAS is

to put values in the Neo-Cortex brain

Which

in turn

will help in the programming.

Programming will help

the constrictive Reptilian brain

to be less fearful and

will help us become

more open minded

which will help in our growth.

Balanced fear is healthy

for our growth.

This is what a value system does for us.

The reasons are as follows

Save energy for your strength not for weaknesses

The vision is a long term  goal, work on what is at present so that you are on your way despite not knowing the road map.

What was past is gone, dont carry the hurt unnecessarily.   That was there to shape your personality.

Focus on the solution, rather than the problem.

The present failures is to make a solid base to save you from future embarrassment.

Ultimately nothing will stay forever.  Make your stay meaningful at present.

And

The meaning of life becomes apparent only when you have a bigger purpose than yourself.

Hence spend sometime to set those goals,  irrespective of the road-map for the time being.

The mind system is creating-destroying all the time not retaining anything

Take care of your

morning routine

Your mindset

Have time off

and create habits.

Not all will be applicable, but whatever suits you in the day

just apply that and 

bring the mind to async.

Simple consistent adherence will make the trick

These are about 3 kinds of tricks 

the discipline

The mindset

and

the nourishment practice.

They think in terms of simplifying life

 They believe that they have something to offer

They believe that their gift is worth money

They recognize that they earn it- they dont diminish it

They share their success with others

Loving myself to accept myself. To accept myself to be me and I love myself in whatever way I am. I accept whoever I am and i make the very best of the way I am. Its okay the way I am. I have long put the spiral behind replacing it with a straight tangential growth upwards.  I know all that takes a positive shape that is useful for me. I always see my goft of manifesting things my way and for my abundance. I realize the gifted me, and I am good at understanding the gifts. I am beautiful the way I am. I am indeed becoming beautiful everyday. I am attractive and magnetic.  I have been gifted to be phenomenal in the way I see the world and makethings work in a positive way, no matter what. I am gifted by birth, I am given things unconditionally. I do not have to worry at all for all that is relavnt to me. It all comes automatically to me. I desreve . I am so good, that I fall in love with myself over and over again. I am good at getting all abundance. And of course in relationship. That was a gift in that scarcity which is why I am capable to give more, and get more.  I am enough. I am with those supportive and admiring looks of my soulmate who is emerging out of nowhere. I am there in that royal fort along with the tenderness and

Accept constructive criticism,

but don't let negative criticism in.

There are two ways a a negative person acts.

Diminish you or

elevate themselves by putting you down.

Benevolent people praise while

Inferior and insecure people criticize.  Ltes call them as 'DC's.

DC people need other people to feel inferior. So be bulletproofed against them.

Dont get wounded by DCs. Your opinion matters the most.

Replace DCs with Constructive criticism. DCs often vent out their bitterness against themselves by criticising you.

Say "I am sorry, but I don't have to agree with you".  "Can you repeat that?"  ask politely.

Don't come back with smart response, sarcasm or crying in. 

Act with grace and let it go.  Ask , "Are you trying me to feel bad?"

That is 'Letting in' of criticism.

DON'T.

It is Mahashivratri

We celebrate it with a fasting.

I prayed Lord Shiva this morning.

Ultimately I shall leave everything

But let me have something that I can leave.

So that

whoever owns my legacy, 

becomes proud of me.

Lets see if Shib mahapuru listens to me

Nahele maribi dui chapuda

MAdaku Mahadeva daranti

It takes a little proactiveness at your end.

Develop a LMS system.

Update it daily.

Ask for review at the end of this project.

Not later during the Annual remember

When you dont remember

Or

You don't have time to explain,

Neither you are

Expected to do so.

Do your job well and overdeliver.

Add additional KPIs to your portfolio.

Nobody complains if you take

Additional responsibilities.

Train your 2nd and 3rd rank so that

You are not the only resource your boss

Has to resort to.

Skill up yourself to help the boss grow.

The more he grows, the more he needs you.

Approach your boss with one or more solutions

Never go to him/her with demands

Or even the problems.

The ones you are dealing you with

Are throwing challenges at you

The boss might have problem

Comprehending them.

Make a regular conversation with the boss

No request is one time.

Make your image as the person

Who is living everyday with it.

So that

The boss knows your interest areas

Your strengths and potential.
