LIFE IS NOT FAIR & EASY ON ANYBODY!!!

But what is Right (Dharma) is known to your Mind (conscience).

No matter how much unfairness we got,

how many times we were Disgraced,

how many times we Fall,

what is important is how you REACTED at that time.

Life's unfairness does not give you license to walk the wrong path...

Waiting for my big finance dreams to show up

In multiple ways.

It is a huge goal

Meant to  SOAR  the sky.

It is supposed also to

Be SCARY.

No, I dont have the HOW

As yet,

Hence , I do not have

the CONCRETE PLAN too.

But Even if I have a sketch

It amounts to ‘ASKing and Receiving

As has been the experience.

So I have the rough numbers

Sketched out into

QUARTERLY RECTANGLES..

I call it as the DREAM TRACKER.

Impacting one billion lives

Thru 1 lakh super performing global players

In 139 countries

Not everybody can comprehend.

And I dont blame.anybody.

I am born with a VISION

Much ahead of most people

And I am not bragging,

I am proud of it.

It comes with its own set of

Constraints though

Anything big, takes time to be built

It takes my version to be TRANSFORMED

And my THOUGHT PROCESS

That of the rarest club

of 0.00001 percenters!!!

I start small.

Always. The first step.

Towards the journey of a thousand mile.

It ACCELERATES

After the BREAKTHROUGH.

The moment when

The Bamboo sprout shows up.

80% of it are still on.

20% where i Missed because

the time factor which is not in  my control

is waiting..

not obliging me with achievements

I know

I asked to receive

it is being given

unable to see as yet..

I need to devise a way to see it.

An absurd dream, u might say.

When I was assigned that huge project to

Enumerate 44 lakh women in

Rajasthan, in 2 months,

I too thought so.

ABSURD.

In essence, it was just 10 women

Per day.

With 2500 personal at my disposal.

I had 12,000 out of which

I could choose 2500 easily.

And

That was my OPPORTUNITY.

At every cross road,

With every ambiguity,

There is a hidden opportunity

To convert it into a BLESSING!!

Provided you see the opportunity.

There is a ceratin DISCIPLINE

Required, to have the eye to see the

UNSEEN.

In less than 3 years time,

I was asked to turn a

Food scarce pocket into a

Food sufficient pocket.

If 70 years has taken the country to

Fight this problem,

So the challenge made me little apprehensive.

And in between I went to Canada

On a study tour.

Where I met people with great planning

Who showed me

Any dream is possible with

80 % planning.

So the latest task was done in 4 years time.

I searched my opportunities too,

Along with a robust planning

BLUE PRINT.

Vision!,

Seeing the unseen.

To Achieve an Absurd and impossible looking dream.

I have started with this one

Of 35 Crore houses ..4 years back..

May be it will take another 4 years..

Quite fast even then.

I am there for sure

A milestone!

Not for me, but for the Economically weaker section.

Something will stay long after I am gone

Housing is income enabler..

Raise the bar a little each time, so that your growth is an upward curve.
