Although a newly appointed role Meghan has had such a dramatic impact on the health and wellness of the Mercy University population. Introducing multiple educational outlets for students to have a better understanding of the nutritious value of certain food groups, implementing the use of grub hub for the students who are always on the go, and even creating cooking stations that gives students a hands on approach when it comes to gaining more control over their nutritious lifestyle.
