Today's scripture passage:
Colossians 1:15-23 (NIV)
The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation— if you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant.
Do you have trouble really believing that God delights in you? That he actually LIKES you? Or maybe you believe it, but you don't feel it in your heart? Listen to this episode to meditate on the way God delights in who he made you to be, and let that truth sink a little deeper into your heart.
Psalm 18:19 (NIV)
He brought me out into a spacious place;
he rescued me because he delighted in me.

Research tells us that intentional gratitude makes us happier. Listen to this meditation and reflect on all the good in your life and in the world. There's more good than you might realize! Open your heart to feel the joy that comes from being grateful.
James 1:17 (NIV) Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 (ESV)
I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live; also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil—this is God's gift to man.

Settle into this relaxing centering prayer as you take some deep breaths and focus on the truth that the Creator of the universe loves YOU. It's such a profound idea that it can be hard to wrap our heads around. So I invite you to sit with that thought and chew it over. Life is so much better when you really know you're loved by Jesus.

Today's scripture is Song of Songs 5:10-16 (NIV)
My beloved is radiant and ruddy,
outstanding among ten thousand.
His head is purest gold;
his hair is wavy
and black as a raven.
His eyes are like doves
by the water streams,
washed in milk,
mounted like jewels.
His cheeks are like beds of spice
yielding perfume.
His lips are like lilies
dripping with myrrh.
His arms are rods of gold
set with topaz.
His body is like polished ivory
decorated with lapis lazuli.
His legs are pillars of marble
set on bases of pure gold.
His appearance is like Lebanon,
choice as its cedars.
His mouth is sweetness itself;
he is altogether lovely.
This is my beloved, this is my friend,
daughters of Jerusalem.

God doesn't force you to do anything. You have free will. You get to choose how you live. God gives us a blueprint for the best way to live, according to Him, the Creator of the universe. But you don't have to do anything he says. It's a choice. It's HARD to walk the path of true life though, especially when everyone around you is ignoring God. The good news is that when you follow Jesus, you have the Holy Spirit, the very presence of God himself, living within you to empower you to follow his good ways!
Today's episode will guide you through confession, repentance, and receiving God's forgiveness. Get ready to feel lighter and start walking the path of true life and fulfillment.
Our passage today is Matthew 7:13-14 (ESV).
“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few."

Dreams aren't just for THOSE people who you see on Instagram with their successful business and pretty clothes. Don't let yourself wake up one day when you're 80 and realize that you never went on the beautiful adventures that God was calling YOU to.
Yes, EVEN YOU have dreams in your heart, given to you by the One who made you. Some are small promptings that you can obey today. Some are big and impossible to accomplish without God's guidance and provision. All of them lead to more of his good Kingdom here on Earth. All of them lead to joy, peace, love, and hope.
Listen to this scripture meditation and reflect on the dreams God has put in your heart. You'll be glad you did!

Today's passage:
When Esther’s words were reported to Mordecai, he sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:12-14 (NIV)
Let the familiar words of Psalm 23 speak to you in a fresh way today. Tune in to this episode to listen to these words slowly and intentionally.

Psalm 23 (NIV)
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
