In the final installment of our journey through Acts, we encounter the Apostle Paul on his final journey. As we jump into chapter 21, we'll see his friends encouraging him to not go to Jerusalem. However Paul has a different opinion, but what does this mean for us? Join us on Sunday to find out!

What is my purpose? This is a common question that many will wrestle with at some point during his/her life. As followers of Jesus, the purpose is found in the mission. The Lord is building His Church for the mission that has been set forth. This mission is Why We Believe. As we finish Creeds & Confessions, join us to study Acts 1:8.

What we believe about God matters first and foremost because it drives our confessional beliefs about everything else. If we get the doctrine of God wrong, then we will be skewed in our thinking about the rest of the world, especially humanity. For week 3 of our series, we’ll go back to the beginning and take a look at Genesis 1 & 2.

As part of everyday life, we will make "confessions" about particular things that we believe. The question is do we know what we're saying when we make these claims. In Week 2 of Creeds & Confessions, we'll look at the Doctrine of God.

Creeds are specific to who we believe in, and confessions are what we believe in. While they are not Gospel themselves, they help shape our vocabulary as Christians and express what we know from the Word of God.

Enjoy this standalone message centered around God's ability to give rest. Rest in the Savior this week as you reflect on the amazing grace he has provided freely, and find some time each week to dedicate towards things that bring joy to your life!

Do you ever miss what you’re looking for when it’s right in front of you? It is a problem that we’ve all experienced, and the people of the Bible are no different. For years, the religious people had been waiting for the Messiah to come. Now that He was here, they missed him. We hope you will join us on this last Advent Sunday before Christmas as we look at Luke 2:1-7.

Unfortunately, the Christmas season isn’t joyful for everyone. Even in the tragedy, there is good news! As we look at Hebrews 4:14-16, we’ll see some of that good news and be reminded of the love of God.

As we saw a couple of weeks ago, we can often build up our expectations. So what happens when they aren’t met? This is a realistic problem that we all struggle with, and it’s one that we experience often during this season. Join us this week as we look at Micah 5:2.
