This class is a gentle invitation to return to your body’s natural intelligence. When life feels too fast, too demanding, or too much to process, your digestion often reflects it — through tightness, bloating, or sluggishness. In this practice, we soften the nervous system’s need to control, brace, or push through. You’ll be guided to shift from sympathetic overdrive into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state — where healing, nourishment, and true integration become possible.
This class supports both physical digestion and emotional release, using restorative shapes, energetic cues, and frequency alignment to remind your system: you are safe to receive. You don’t need to earn rest. You don’t have to fix or force anything. Let sensation move through without labeling it. Let your breath and presence do the digesting. In this space of allowing, regulation becomes your boundary, trust becomes your medicine, and love becomes your inner rhythm.
