  • Justin and Laura McCullough: First Nations Restoration, part 1

This week we go to Ellijay, Georgia to interview Justin and Laura McCullough who share their unique perspective as members of North America First Nations tribes. Justin and Laura participated in the Resolution of Apology meeting held in Woodstock, Georgia, on December 2, 2018. Such a gathering brings us the question, have we done enough to repent of the wrongs done against First Nations people? The McCulloughs present some thought-provoking considerations, particularly about how the State of Georgia can help to make a difference in the lives of First Nations.

We are blessed to share two songs from The Blessed Blend, Chief Joseph and Dr. Laralyn Riverwind. The first is “Guide Me Yehowah” from their album “Journey Through the Mist”, followed by “Morning Star Round Dance” from the album Tribal Thunder. Both are available from firekeepersinternational.org, and on the Riverwinds' YouTube channel.

Elders David Jones and Barry Phillips bring a midrash discussion on the Torah portion Vayechi. This portion includes the story of Jacob’s blessing over Joseph’s sons Ephraim and Manasseh (Genesis 48), and his blessings over his other sons. Why is this portion relevant to people today? That is what David and Barry explain!

We return to Israel this week to conclude our visit with Brother Mordechai, spokesman for Ebenezer Home in Haifa (https://www.ebenezer.co.il/). Mordechai tells us about the Nursing Ward expansion project for which they are now raising funds – a project that will expand the capabilities of this ministry to elderly disciples of Messiah Yeshua in Israel.

Will Spires and Jimmie Black present our musical offerings this week, and Elders David Jones and Barry Phillips share with us a midrash on the topic of forgiveness.

  • Brother Mordechai: The Ebenezer Home, part 1

In this show, Reunion Roadmap goes to Israel to interview Brother Mordechai, a spokesman for Ebenezer Home (https://www.ebenezer.co.il/), a residence for senior citizens in Haifa, Israel. As Mordechai explains, Ebenezer Home is different from other senior citizen homes in Israel: it is the only residence for elderly followers of Yeshua!

We are blessed to hear the sounds of Chanukkah in this show.  Miriam Houtz presents our first song: “Light of the World” from her album Shadows. Greg Brown then shares his original song, “Miracle of Hanukkah.”  You can contact Greg at Gregory Brown Ministries on Facebook.com or send him an email at [email protected].

The midrash follows a Hanukkah theme as well as Elders Barry Phillips and David Jones discussing dedication and how we are to separate ourselves to the God of Israel. This does not mean that we are separated from our brothers and sisters in the faith, but rather we are all to be gathered together as a family to our Father. Barry and David challenge us again and help to bring clarity to what our dedication to the God of Israel is all about.

  • Laura Densmore: Interceding for Israel, part 2

We return to the state of Ohio this week for the conclusion of our interview with Laura Densmore. In this segment, Laura shares more about Bridge Connector Ministries, with emphasis on how to build instead of burn bridges with others. Laura also exhorts listeners to check out dailyaudiotorah.com, a feature that takes listeners through the entire Bible in a year.

Featured songs include the song “Your Life” by Will Spires, and “Rebuild” by Solomon Lopez.

In our midrash section, Elders David Jones and Barry Phillips discuss Blessing, drawing partly from the passage where Jacob receives a blessing from his father Isaac (Genesis 27). What does blessing really entail from a Biblical perspective? This discussion brings up some interesting questions for all of us to ponder.

  • Laura Densmore: Interceding for Israel, part 1

This week we go to the state of Ohio to interview Laura Densmore, a good friend of BYNA who has assisted Eddie Chumney with the launch of Hebraic Heritage Radio (hebrootsradio.com). It was Laura and Eddie who issued the invitation to BYNA to produce the program that would become Reunion Roadmap. In this two-part interview, Laura tells us about Bridge Connector Ministries and related projects in which she is involved.

Kelly Ferrari Mills opens the music portion of this show with “Sweet Hour of Prayer,” followed by Melody Joy singing “Hope.”

Barry Phillips and David Jones present a midrash with the intriguing title, “Say What?” in which they discuss recent events, particularly the murder of members of Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, PA. How do we relate to these events, and how do we respond appropriately without becoming a polarizing figure? Where is the balance? Barry and David have produced another discussion that will get us all to examine ourselves!

  • Kathryn McCarn Cohen: A Young Woman's Testimony

This week we go to Charlotte, North Carolina to interview Kathryn McCarn. In relating her story, Kathryn inspires us to pay attention to what God can do with the millennial generation and exhorts Millennials to get involved and do their part in this restoration process. [Update: On September 7, 2019, Kathryn married Benjamin Cohen. We hope to have the Cohens with us to share the story of their courtship and the beginning of their life together as man and wife.]

Solomon O. Lopez blesses us with “Create In Me.”  In our second musical offering, we hear “I Will Wait,” by Miriam Houtz.

The midrash this week is “Guard Your Heart,” in which David Jones and Barry Phillips discuss the importance of keeping vigilant to that which would ensnare us. Sometimes we are not aware of how vulnerable we are. David and Barry help us bring understanding to this very important topic.

  • Sister AC: Spiritual Warfare in Jerusalem, part 2

In this week’s interview segment, we go to Jerusalem for the conclusion of our interview with Sister AC. In this portion, Sister AC shares in depth the spiritual battle in which we are involved.

Will Spires blesses us with an uncut version of two new songs entitled “Psalm 42” and “Jubilee.”

BYNA Elders David Jones and Barry Phillips share a midrash entitled “Resolving Conflict” in which they share their thoughts about resolving conflict as it relates to the passage concerning the tribes of Reuben and Gad, who wanted to settle east of the Jordan river (see Numbers 32). How we can give people the benefit of the doubt and hear their stories without burning other relationship bridges? In all of this, we need to be reminded how much the Father has extended grace and mercy toward us so that we extend that toward each other. We pray that you will be challenged and moved by another pertinent discussion. Thank you, David and Barry!

  • Sister AC: Spiritual Warfare in Jerusalem, part 1

The theme in this edition of Reunion Roadmap is spiritual warfare. The interview portion goes to Jerusalem, where Sister AC begins the first of a two-part interview in which she shares with us the struggles and insights she has learned in regard to spiritual warfare throughout her life as a follower of Messiah Yeshua.

Our first musical selection is from Will Spires singing “Full-Scale War.” Gregory Brown and his song “Watchman” is our second musical selection. If you want to know more about Greg’s music email him at [email protected].

The midrash portion of this show is entitled “Imaginations.” BYNA Elders David Jones and Barry Phillips talk about staying on the battlefield and being connected with the heart of the Father. What are the obstacles we face each day? We pray you are blessed with David and Barry’s insightful discussion.

  • Phillip and Jessica Elam: Finding Israel in Kentucky

We welcome Phillip and Jessica Elam of the Kentucky Covenant Education Corporation in Winchester, Kentucky. The Elams are the resident custodians of Jefferson College at Pilot View, where they and their families perform key roles in this emerging hub of Hebraic learning and fellowship. Our musical offerings feature Eved Adonai and Lenny & Varda, with songs that highlight the teaching of BYNA Elders David Jones and Barry Phillips in a midrash which they call, “Need for Spiritual Rain in Measure and in Season.” How are the rains in the land of Israel related to our daily lives as people of the Living God? There is a prophetic picture in this relationship, as David and Barry explain.

  • Laura Densmore: Nations' 9th of Av Special Prayer, part 3

In this show, we conclude the three-part presentation of a special intercessory discussion on Christian persecution of the Jewish people. As Laura Densmore facilitates the discussion, authors Bob O’Dell and Ray Montgomery explain how they came to collaborate on The LIST: Persecution of Jews by Christians Throughout History, compiled by Bob O’Dell and Ray Montgomery (available at Root Source). It is evident in this discussion that the intercessors who participated have experienced a deep sense of brokenness at the guilt of our forefathers. Brokenness is the subject of the midrash presented by our Elders Frank Houtz and David Jones.

Solomon Lopez performs “Return” in the first of our musical offerings. Miriam Houtz presents our second musical selection, singing “I Will Wait,” from her album, Shadows.
