Have you ever worked with someone who seemed to think they were the boss? As long as your actual boss wasn’t around this person would try to tell everyone what to do and demand everyone pay attention to them. They may even have the same knowledge as the real boss, so they expect that you look to them for answers. In today’s message, Pastor Mark clarifies that the term “anit-Christ” literally means “instead of Christ”. Like the person you worked with, the anti-Christ will try to get the attention of all the people. On the surface, he will look and sound like Jesus, but he won’t have the full power of the Lord.
