The Church in Laodicea was lukewarm – full of false believers with no real faith.   They didn’t take the reality of Christ seriously.  They were preaching a false doctrine denying the deity of Christ and the salvation he offers.  Christ is God and offers redemption to all who believe that truth.  As Pastor John will teach today, if you’re wrong about Christ, your eternal future will be separated from God.  And because Christ IS God, you must make him the priority of your life.  Don’t fall for the apostasy of false teachers.  He is God, and he is salvation.
